Not sure who these names are since I just started watching them. The vocal guy is definitely a plus idk if he's the best defender on the team, but you need to constantly talk like that live during defense esp during switches or adjustment. They seem to be missing a true big who can post/box out for rebound but those are hard to find lol. Aren't these guys undefeated? they got some shooters and dunkers so as long as they bring fast break they will remain undefeated.

Everybody needs a Frank Nitty on their team. Not only is he a solid player on both sides of the floor, I love his leadership qualities and never has a problem with holding his teammates AND most importantly, HIMSELF accountable. I love his confidence and basketball IQ.

Nba team’s definitely missed out on a unique talent . He’s not flashy or any of that he’s very fundamental and plays the game how it should be played high IQ offense defense you don’t see that in a lot of young kids or current nba players 💯
@@freshprinz9829 I respectfully disagree and he couldn’t make the roster for the D-League but that doesn’t take away from his talent at all. I like his game A LOT and he’s great in isolation but he’s not a great shooter and it sucks that his notoriety didn’t come till later in his prime. He’s also too small unfortunately. The NBA is a whole different element. He is a walking bucket and will continue to be in these rec leagues.

This is honestly my favorite basketball video of all time. I learned so much from Nitty. He pushes great players to be incredible. They were already tired and Nitty stayed on top of them, pushing them to be perfect. There’s no wonder why they destroy other teams with ease. These practices are way tougher than the games they play.

Bionic relies on his athleticism to make up for all his defensive mistakes but that won't always work against smarter players. And iversons team was disciplined in getting the right looks.
If he lock in like frank telling him he'd have the offense in jail. Alot of it is just giving the effort so he dont have to recover every time.
Frank knows how to talk to him too. He gives him tons of positive reinforcement for everything he does. He knows his personality. If he's too hard on him he'll lose him.

yeh he is smart but its actualy basic basketbal. Its just that in America they dont teach it that way and even more, they dont wanna learn it. From young age almost everyone want to be just more athletic and faster and stronger but rarely someone knows the game. Here in Europe its the opposite. Thats why all the European players in the NBA are great fundamentaly and know the game on a high lvl. So when you have someone like Frank that knows it well he stands out but its not that hard in reality and it should be very common

Just another comment to appreciate Nitty's leadership and all these "little things" he does. Vocal guys are not always true leaders and that sharp while contributing on the both ends at the same time. The type of vet you truly want to be by your side.

I’m suchhhh a fan of nitty man! He’s clearly the best, well-rounded player but also plays hard and plays like a coach. He gives credit where credit is due in good plays and hold people and himself accountable for the bad plays and things that need to be worked on. As a true point guard everything Nitty was saying is absolutely true the effort was showing and you gotta know every players strengths and weaknesses. But he showed the IQ level that can overcome talent.
