I closed (and put to sleep) all background apps and set the brightness of my Tab S7 at 40% (which is still very bright). After running UA-cam continuously for 10 hours, the battery was still at 53 percent. The Tab S7s battery life is amazing!
That's not realistic though. Most people won't be watching UA-cam for 10 straight hours.
@@InfernoWizzard0101 It's pretty realistic because while some people will game for 10 hours, others won't use it for 10 hours. Kind of a median.
Definitely awesome battery life.
@@InfernoWizzard0101 actually that's realistic for media consumption. Mixed usage for UA-cam, Netflix and other streaming services. That's primarily what I use a tablet for or social media. Light gaming casually and getting some work done.

Dude, I just got the Tab S7+ as an iPad Pro replacement, and your video solved the only few hesitations I was having. This is EXCELLENT. I went step by step with you and made nearly every tweak. Solving the app rotation/portrait-mode-only issue is GOLD. Even the iPad can't make Instagram work in landscape! And getting Candy Crush to work in multi-window is just the icing on the cake. THANKS!

With all due respect, I just find it hilarious that you bought an expensive and powerful tablet to play a mobile game that can run on a phone from 2012 lol
@@ds90seph With that same level of respect, you either misread or misinterpreted what I said. I didn't buy an expensive tablet to play a game; I wanted to play the game in a particular way on a device I already owned.
@@waharris007 No I understood you right, no need to be abrasive or combative about it - you're playing an older mobile game on a very powerful tablet, which is funny. It's overkill for the software, and that's literally all. I never specified whether or not I thought that was the *only* reason you bought the device, but it is clearly one of the positives you listed. Learn to take a joke.
FYI the "Galaxy Labs" app has been renamed and is now "Good Guardians".

OMG, these settings are SO important and real breaking for me! Why isn't Good Lock installed by default while Spotify is :O

I have never used Spotify nor half of the pre-installed apps.
@@Tang0Fox1 Spotify is great, try it. It's just the annoying ads but other than that it's smooth.
@nxb nxb Spotify can become really choppy and buggy sometimes and hopefully the devs fix it in a matter of days. I might not be able to get the updates from the mods or even the new music that's released everyday...
Because Good Lock is the place they do experiments on new features. If Samsung see many people like using them and they work well samsung would add those features into the nexr update of One UI.

Hey buddy so I have the tab s7 plus 5g modal and unlimited service. So they only gave me and option to where only can buy the 128gb version with 6gb ram.. so I needed more storage so I bought a sd card 512gb super fast A2 card.. so I notice I couldn't use it as internal storage like back in the day.. do you know how I can by pass that or anything? Because I have been going down my app list and changing the app to be put in the external storage .. but lately I notice when my app updates it automatically send the app back into internal storage.... help

I couldn't find Galaxy Labs on Galaxy store did they deleted it or changed its name?
Galaxy Labs does not open up in landscape for me. In other words it doesn't fill the whole screen only a sliver in the center. Why?
Did you make a video about how to set up call and text on other devices features. I looked through your videos but didn't see one. I just got new tablet galaxy s7 FE and new phone (old galaxy A21 i was told to old and didn't have feature for calls and text) so got new phone galaxy S21 phone and I have call and text feature turned on. Texts are coming through to tablet but not phone calls?

using IG, screen covers everthing while on your demo, the screen covers only the center of the tablet. any setting i need to adjust?

no but it's possible with dex mode. also, you can have the clipboard edge tool so you an copy from there

I can't find Galaxy Labs either, but when I just downloaded an update it started Optimizing Apps automatically, so it's probably already in the system.

As I do plan to save this video on UA-cam, I have an issue with it being saved as fast charging but it still charges rather slow. I don't have Samsung Daily. I have Samsung FREE, does that make a difference?

On some of the screen switches you went very fast. I had to put on the closed captions and then rewind it several times to hear what you were saying. I would slow down show exactly what you were doing on the screen to make it easier. The information is great but I did at find that difficult. And then something happened about swiping down the notification panel. I have my phone out watching and I'm trying to follow with my tablet but it is very very difficult.

THE SPLIT SCREEN IS BUILT IN ON THIS TABLET, AND THERE IS DIFFERENT 2 SCREEN AND SPLIT SCREEN SETTINGS, THE LAYOUT ON THE O/S IS WAY DIFFERENT THAN ANDROIDS STANDARD O/S, TAKES A LITTLE TO SET UP
I don't know but I think I see some kind of light leak on the lower left side of the display.
I thought superamoled screens did not have light leaks? Corect me if I'm wrong but maybe I suppose this is some kind of a defective tablet? Because I've seen many of these hands on videos and neither of them had a display that emitted this white-ish light from any corner.

Great video! Oration Control app is great, but it when I open Intantgram landscape it doesn't display portrait within the the display, it fills the display in landscape and you have to scroll up and down to see the whole picture/video. How did you get yours to display portrait within landscape?? Thanks

The Microsoft here is just the same as the android one. The conclusion is just that Samsung Dex just make the display looks like a pc. Also u can multi task

Good Lock and other application which you have mentioned in this video is not available in Galaxy Store. I am presently in Maldives. Is it country restricted Samsung Application?
Correct it is not available in every country
@@UA-camTechGuy Just curious, were you showing this video while connected to the USA internet (since you had Good Lock, Galax Labs, etc. in your store)? If so, a VPN for most users would probably work. I don't know. Basically, tell us your country, so we can use a VPN for your location, and many of those comments that are looking for those apps would be served.

I instaled Rotation Control app but when I open instagram, the app opens differently from yours in the video. It opens in full screen, and you can't see things properly. Is there a way to change this?
