Unbelievable!!! I suggested to him to sing this role in Toronto back in 1992. It finally happened, the opera is a real masterpiece, it should be performed more often.

I don't understand why Dmitri would considered this opera as half a masterpiece and half not, I think is amazing from the beginning to the end, one of my favorites definitely
