i hate when the people behind them shake their head and stuff. it just shows a lot of disrespect for that person and something theyve practiced a lot and the art of tattooing clearly means a lot. im a digital and sometimes traditional artist and I personally could imagine not having a back button, every color and line you make is irreversible, and it's a permenant thing that someone has to wear on their bodies for the rest of their lives. i have huge respect for tattoo artists, even if they're work isn't the best, I'd applaud them for just being a tattoo artist because of all of what I said earlier. i have respect for every artist, and I'm not trying to put myself on a pedestal or say these people aren't allowed to their own opinions, but we as artists know that one drawing is the result of years, or even months or less (usually years if they take time to commit like that but anyone can start drawing as a hobby or career at any time) of hard work, learning and analyzing, and constant improvement. i personally just can't imagine insulting someone like that, with such a personal thing as art. i think that bad artwork should be an opportunity to learn rather than something to be condemned. and that's a lil complicated when your mistakes are branded onto someone's body, but what happened happened and we're only human
let's be honest... a tattoo artist who can do a lot of style is great but as a customer, we're not gonna ask an artist if he can do a traditional and then as a newschool we're gonna look for an artist who fits our style
I personally would never get a tattoo cz they're permanent and would defo change my mind with time, buttt as an artist I seriously respect these artists for creating beautiful work on a living canvas aka a human being

Beautiful tattoos. But I hate the term 'tramp stamp'. Anything popular among women gets insulted and branded a negative name which gives it a bad connotation.
Agreed
What I think is funny is I know far more guys with lower back tattoos then a lot of girls I know
Spot on. It's such an awful thing to call a woman.
Kelly deserves an Ink Master title
Anarchy is a hate thing? Lol
Right? Since when? Hate for who?
Hate for Non-Anarchists lol
Yeah I didn’t get that one either, but I’m guessing for her it was tied to other hateful stuff she was involved with in her past. Anyone here who watched the whole episode know if she elaborated on it?
I should've kept scrolling because I would've seen this comment first and not made a redundant comment. I have no idea how it's a hate symbol and on par with neo-Nazi swastikas and iron crosses.
Anarchists are pretty explicitly anti-hate throughout history lol, it really doesn't make sense that it's there alongside swastikas and Confederate flags.
The turtle on the butt is my favorite ❤
awards one reworking - punishes the other - very cool guys
I thought they said both were good?
It shows a severe misunderstanding of what anarchism is that they put the anarchy symbol in an episode about covering hate tattoos.
The anarchy symbol can be confronting to some people, but at the end of the day it symbolizes the political goal of minimizing hierarchy within society. Love it or hate it, that's what anarchism is.
I'm glad that lady got a nice coverup though. As long as she's happy with her chest now that's what really matters.
There are so many different types of anarchism it's insane. You're obviously an anarchist, what type are you?
You are the third comment questioning why the anarchy symbol was a hate symbol
I'm actually perfectly fine with Tattoo Baby's hand in her tattoo. It's a weird looking girl, so it should have a weird looking hand. I love it
I dont love the finger but id wear it the face is amazing
That’s not the point! It’s just an akward looking positioning of the fingers and it’s a design aspect
@@randomaj9752 well I’m not trying to become ink master so probably not but from someone who is literally covered in tattoos with chest, two arm sleeves and two leg sleeves I’ve seen both good and bad work and have both good and bad word done on me.
@@randomaj9752 The problem is that the position of the thumb is wrong. It wouldn't be attached to the hand, that I think only had...4 fingers to that?
It's just inccorect position, the tattoo is nice though.
One finger is behind the crystal ball.
I loved Sausages landmark tatt so much
Tatu baby tattoo looked not right for sure. Those fingers...
8:34 He really called them ouuuut! Lmaooo
"Best Coverup Tattoos"
Second tattoo gets criticism.
Jason's owl is amazing
i hate when the people behind them shake their head and stuff. it just shows a lot of disrespect for that person and something theyve practiced a lot and the art of tattooing clearly means a lot. im a digital and sometimes traditional artist and I personally could imagine not having a back button, every color and line you make is irreversible, and it's a permenant thing that someone has to wear on their bodies for the rest of their lives. i have huge respect for tattoo artists, even if they're work isn't the best, I'd applaud them for just being a tattoo artist because of all of what I said earlier. i have respect for every artist, and I'm not trying to put myself on a pedestal or say these people aren't allowed to their own opinions, but we as artists know that one drawing is the result of years, or even months or less (usually years if they take time to commit like that but anyone can start drawing as a hobby or career at any time) of hard work, learning and analyzing, and constant improvement. i personally just can't imagine insulting someone like that, with such a personal thing as art. i think that bad artwork should be an opportunity to learn rather than something to be condemned. and that's a lil complicated when your mistakes are branded onto someone's body, but what happened happened and we're only human
This first tattoo in this video, Nikkis roses, is so beautiful 😊
*so happy this show on netflix now*
Tatu Baby has always been the baddest.
let's be honest... a tattoo artist who can do a lot of style is great
but as a customer, we're not gonna ask an artist if he can do a traditional and then as a newschool
we're gonna look for an artist who fits our style
8:33 bye Not them calling him out and putting it on camera 💀
That owl 🦉 was beautiful ❤️
Man with how technical they get with critiques this competition is hard! Some of these would frustrate me
I personally would never get a tattoo cz they're permanent and would defo change my mind with time, buttt as an artist I seriously respect these artists for creating beautiful work on a living canvas aka a human being
13:10 minute...when Dan Aykroyd becomes a tattooist...!!!🤣🤣
Im loving NIKKI SIMPSON tat
360? By that you mean a 180.... right?
he’s either super dumb or knows exactly what he’s saying and is pointing out he’s still a racist
Yea he just made a mistake xD
Does baldy ever NOT shake his head no? That dude gets on my nerves.
sausage?
They are asked to do that to create drama, if you’re gonna get mad at someone get mad at the producers
Sausage is a sweetheart
He may have done it once but the editors will added it several more times for "drama"
Anthony has mad skills
The Anarchism Circle-A is the opposite of a hate symbol.
Yeah, no idea why that was included. Maybe they were part of a hateful anarchism group? Or more likely, they just hate anything that isn’t capitalism
You are the twelfth comment questioning why the anarchy symbol was a hate symbol
The turtle sea tattoo is beautiful! Respect on that
