  • Creamy mushroom tagliatelle with spiced chicken fillet
    Ingredients
    Chicken breast fillets (thinly sliced across)
    Spice marinade for chicken:
    Paprika, Chilli powder, Black pepper, Mixed herbs, Rosemary, salt.
    For the pasta:
    Approx. 350g tagliatelle
    1 red onion finely chopped
    50g butter
    1 garlic bulb minced
    200g chestnut mushrooms sliced
    Black pepper
    300ml double cream
    Dried parsley to garnish
    1. Marinate your chicken with spices, then proceed to cook in a pan over medium heat.
    2. Cook tagliatelle in boiling water (with salt and oil to prevent sticking.
    3. Heat a dash of oil in a pan and add a finely chopped red onion
    4. Melt the butter over the onions
    5. Add in minced garlic.
    6. Add in sliced mushrooms
    7. Sprinkle black pepper
    8. Add in double cream
    9. Once cooked, add the tagliatelle into the mushroom cream sauce.
    10. Serve the cooked chicken breast fillet atop the creamy mushroom tagline.
    11. Garnish with a sprinkle of parsley.
