Tiff, I love-love-love that you asked Cam if she needed a day! That caused tears in my eyes!! There were times when I needed a day when I was in school, but that was not the mentality in my young world. If you were not clearly physically sick, then you take your "behind" to school. Many times I dragged out to school when all I needed was a reset to refresh, especially in a home where there are 5 kids and there's always noise, fussing, and competition over something, especially over the only television in the house in those days! Sometimes you just needed space, peace, rest, and inspiration. Feel better and be strengthened, Tiff!🙏🏽❤

Hello Tif girl I use that shea moisture cream you have to add some oil to it like vitamin e or almond that will cut the film from it hope this helps
