Pretty bad to cancel a service when the frequency is only hourly. And there were a lot of people waiting. ScotRail will lose customers if it goes on behaving like that. Where was the train coming from? Was it a through train from Helensburgh to North Berwick?
Yep I agree, it's bad to cancel a service when it's only every hour. Also it's bad to give passengers the impression the service was to be on time and then only a very minor delay, and then announce it's cancelled, when in fact ScotRail control must have known full well in advance that that service would be cancelled due to the inbound service cancelled. To answer your question, the inbound service was the 0932 Dunblane-Edinburgh.
