Wow, this drama has everything in it, romance, morals, self confidence, resilience, and beating stereotypes and so much more. The fl was timid in the beginning but she never lost on who she was or wants to be. She didn’t listen to all the noise that surrounded her and ultimately wanting her to stay in her lane in a way. She stood by her morals, she was loved so much by her dad that he taught her, her self worth and he filled her cup with his warmth and love and resilience and strength and so so much more. She didn’t get her love that she wanted or needed from her mom and she eventually made her decision to let go of her. The ml loved the fl the first time he saw her. Through his love, the fl was able to stand on her own more confidently and was able to conquer her own life’s goals and desires. Both of them never wavered with their feelings. The show showcased a lot of stereotypes from rich and poor, step parents to real parents, love, morals, resilience, work ethics, and a lot more. The fl and ml were brilliant along with the step brother and the mother. All the actors did their jobs showing their characters, they all are top actors of the short dramas so you know this drama was good. The story was on point and the whole drama with the actors is on point too. Loved it 🔥❤️
You summed this up well. Even though she encountered many difficulties in her life, the fl was a credit to her dad's upbringing. She had strength of character and quiet self confidence. The couple was true to each other throughout despite the obstacles others threw at them. It also helped that the fil trusted his son's choices and was so supportive. I liked the saying when the flowers bloom, it will attract butterflies!

this is SO. GOOOD!! i love how the ppl besides her are so caring (except her mom and father-daughter duo). the stepbro was quite unreasonable at first, but when he saw how she actually was, he cared for her too, despite not having any blood connection to her he became her brother. and the ml oh god he is the epitome of a green flag, and so is his family. rather than see the benefits of arranged marriage, his family encouraged him to pursue his own happiness and he did exactly that. i also love how even when he is trying to be nonchalant he always helps her, and when he realizes he likes her he likes her openly, without any denial (like almost all the mls in mini dramas lmao), and they both strive for the better future. the mom comes around at the last minute, but i cant help but feel no sympathy for her. in fact i am thankful the lady her dad saved woke up and tried to right all the wrongs her family did to her, and eventually stepped in as the actual mother figure in the fl's life. i love the group of five friends, wish they had shows more of fl with ml's grandparents but oh well, its still really sweet as it is. i love how wholesome everyone is. 10.5/10. this is such a chilled laidback drama. ps i simply adoreee the way she looks at her brother while saying yes to the ml's proposal and he nods in a yes; she looked for the approval of her family and he provided it to her, and that simply explains alot of how their relationship was

This proves we can have a full nice drama without extreme toxicity and this was even for 3hrs plus, I always skip dramas that are this long or never even get to the middle of it cause of all the toxic people but thankfully I tried this and there’s no regret or skipping. One best thing about this drama is that the mutual understanding & good communication... Rather than believing from the outsiders... FL's mother who doesn't support her just because she want her position secured in the family... But her step brother supports her.... I was so envious and jealous of their love. From youth to adulthood they waited for years for their love to flourish and blossom because of their trust and love for each other. They are unique. Even the mother of the FL now listens to her daughter because her daughter has so much confidence which the mother lacks. It's a very nice story and quite different from other plots in drama story. Very well recommended. I can assure the readers that they will learn a lesson from this.
One of the best short stories I’ve seen in a long time. A couple that believes in each other? Doesn’t let misunderstandings fester? Doesn’t listen to the people around them trying to harm the relationship? Works together to solve problems instead of shutting the other person out in order to “protect them”? This is so good. This is one of the best mini dramas that I seen , is about normal life and grow up, no violence towards women, very kind Ml , no mád villains, all the characters have a really well balance, and almost all the time in screen is about FL and ML.
I absolutely loved it ❤. A CDrama which is relatable, which has no long stupid Dialogues with equally stupid People who should know better but don't, no stabbing, no kidnapping. It had life learning lessons like acceptance, forgiveness, moving on, love, trust, self confidence, friendship etc. This FL had a brain and spine, knew what she wanted and didn't let anyone or anything sway her. ML was loving, patient, supportive, protective and possessive of the FL, at first he looked like a puppy after a bone with the way he was looking at the FL and following her around 😂😅, cute 😊. I liked that FLs stepbro changed his attitude towards the FL relatively early for the better, tried even educating their sister which clearly didn't work out, I liked the friendship the FL had, those are hard to find in CDramas with 99% of FLs Friends being snakes 😅, liked MLs family especially the dad, awesome 😊. FLs mum was so nasty 🤦, the stepsis acted a spoiled brat to perfection 🤦, stepdad selfish and egoistic 🤦 . I highly recommend this, you won't be disappointed 😊. Cheers mates 🤗

A drama with lots of moral virtues. Highly recommended. I love how we the audience were carried from their planting season to harvest season. I couldn't get enough of this wholesomeness. Didn't want it to end.
Loving how well structured this drama was. Their love is ideal. Genuine and willing to wait. At least her Mom and his step brother had their own redemption. Karma came to her sister. And it's rare to find short dramas to have a loving Dad and supportive grandparents especially that they are effing rich! Their love was a slow burn but every minute of more than 3 hours was used to properly execute how their love flourished. She's definitely not a push over. She strives hard to become great for herself. This short drama is highly recommended.
Finally family is not about money and social standing but about each others happiness. They stood for each other through thick and thin. Very nice story❤

It is beautiful to watch the romance gradually bloom and the unwavering strength to hold each other up emotionally become stronger. My heart actually ached for their love to succeed amidst the turmoil FL’s mom and step family brought to her life. Each character brought a nuance to this drama and the story itself brought grace, compassion and love to the forefront.” There is no physical abuse to be seen ( ty!), only a brief mention, no bad in-laws, love prevails, and the villains receive Karma. Yes, my sentiments exactly! Character development is so rare in these C-mini dramas. ML working to grow from young college graduate to responsible man so he can take care of his family and the family business. FL understands her value and works for personal growth so she can also be there to support her family. This has a little Love020 flavor.
I usually avoid the college dramas, but the lead CP here are mature thinkers for their age and behave better than many of the adults around them. One of the few stories where the phrase "x years later" doesn't mean returning with or to a surprise baby .... lol ... Enjoyable!

This was probably one of the sweetest Chinese short dramas I've ever seen. The female lead and male lead stayed true to themselves and to each other throughout. They did not easily believe other people. They fought for their relationship. They grew as a couple and as individuals. They supported each other throughout. Except for that mother and half sister need a good slapping this was a wonderful drama.

Very sweet! he loved and protected her from the start! she allowed him to help her but she wasn’t weak and didn’t just depend on him without doing anything herself! I love how she 100% believed they should be equals and make this work together! - I also love how it’s pretty realistic.. she did have family problems like the usual dramas but this one didn’t have the crazy “family kidnapping and drugging their daughter” plot - Her mother actually liked her but was biased bc she didn’t want to lose her new life/family.. her sister was a negative character definitely but she wasn’t crazy.. she was pretty childish tbh and not very smart which makes sense since she’s supposed to be in high school.. the mother’s husband is a rich man and didn’t like her but he didn’t use evil plans to separate them.. the brother was the only actual good person in that house.. he observed and quickly realized she’s not a bad person but his problem is not having the confidence to stand up for her/the truth against his family so he was just useless - It was a bit funny how they decided to wait a couple of years to officially date but they were already a couple😂 They confessed their feelings, they’re exclusive, they go out together in public, his family approved, they hug and they also kissed so I really didn’t get it.. they did everything a couple does except sleeping together.. the only time they actually waited is during the 4 years apart bc they didn’t have a choice they had to wait😂 - I just wish they had added a couple of scenes of her with his family! we have seen him with her family but she only met his father twice.. I wanted to see more of that at least after the 4 years when they got married
I have never actually cried while watching a short verticle drama. After all, they are short... they are over before I can invest myself. But this was different. The characters were more understandable from there respective points of view. I could actually feel the tears fall from my eyes when I saw the FL being accused for being a thief. Although the acting could be better. Particularly from the ML and FL but the supporting cast had more expression. They were pulling the drama through in my opinion. Even thou some characters were shown in a more negative light, they were not completely 'unreasonable'. Normal human beings can be like that. Nobody was an unnecessary caricature in any regard. The younger sister was annoying but she was childish, and also someone who is as spoiled as her would react the way she did. Not unrealistic, I have seen people like that in real life as well. In these short verticle dramas sometimes the characters are soooooooooo over the top, the 'good' and the 'bad'. Those are fun to watch but I am never emotionally invested. This one was very different. I was actually emotionally invested.

男主的家人都是明事理的，没有什么家世偏见之类的，会很支持男主。尤其是男主的父亲，这种人才是真正的一家之主，只有这样的人才配得上剧里的堂堂第一家族出来的人，不像其他的剧，大多数都是是非不分的那种，这么拍真的很让人怀疑这种人居然能执掌家族。凌爸爸真的超好，会尊重儿子也尊重女主，会给女主选择的权利，也没有高高在上，真的好好啊。

I absolutely loved it ❤. A CDrama which is relatable, which has no long stupid Dialogues with equally stupid People who should know better but don't, no stabbing, no kidnapping. It had life learning lessons like acceptance, forgiveness, moving on, love, trust, self confidence, friendship etc. This FL had a brain and spine, knew what she wanted and didn't let anyone or anything sway her. ML was loving, patient, supportive, protective and possessive of the FL, at first he looked like a puppy after a bone with the way he was looking at the FL and following her around 😂😅, cute 😊. I liked that FLs stepbro changed his attitude towards the FL relatively early for the better, tried even educating their sister which clearly didn't work out, I liked the friendship the FL had, those are hard to find in CDramas with 99% of FLs Friends being snakes 😅, liked MLs family especially the dad, awesome 😊. FLs mum was so nasty 🤦, the stepsis acted a spoiled brat to perfection 🤦, stepdad selfish and egoistic 🤦 . I highly recommend this, you won't be disappointed 😊. Cheers mates 🤗

Loving how well structured this drama was. Their love is ideal. Genuine and willing to wait. At least her Mom and his step brother had their own redemption. Karma came to her sister. And it's rare to find short dramas to have a loving Dad and supportive grandparents especially that they are effing rich! Their love was a slow burn but every minute of more than 3 hours was used to properly execute how their love flourished. She's definitely not a push over. She strives hard to become great for herself. This short drama is highly recommended.

It is beautiful to watch the romance gradually bloom and the unwavering strength to hold each other up emotionally become stronger. My heart actually ached for their love to succeed amidst the turmoil FL’s mom and step family brought to her life. Each character brought a nuance to this drama and the story itself brought grace, compassion and love to the forefront.” There is no physical abuse to be seen ( ty!), only a brief mention, no bad in-laws, love prevails, and the villains receive Karma. Yes, my sentiments exactly! Character development is so rare in these C-mini dramas. ML working to grow from young college graduate to responsible man so he can take care of his family and the family business. FL understands her value and works for personal growth so she can also be there to support her family. This has a little Love020 flavor.

I usually avoid the college dramas, but the lead CP here are mature thinkers for their age and behave better than many of the adults around them. One of the few stories where the phrase "x years later" doesn't mean returning with or to a surprise baby .... lol ...

This was probably one of the sweetest Chinese short dramas I've ever seen. The female lead and male lead stayed true to themselves and to each other throughout. They did not easily believe other people. They fought for their relationship. They grew as a couple and as individuals. They supported each other throughout. Except for that mother and half sister need a good slapping this was a wonderful drama.

Very sweet! he loved and protected her from the start! she allowed him to help her but she wasn’t weak and didn’t just depend on him without doing anything herself! I love how she 100% believed they should be equals and make this work together!
- I also love how it’s pretty realistic.. she did have family problems like the usual dramas but this one didn’t have the crazy “family kidnapping and drugging their daughter” plot
- Her mother actually liked her but was biased bc she didn’t want to lose her new life/family.. her sister was a negative character definitely but she wasn’t crazy.. she was pretty childish tbh and not very smart which makes sense since she’s supposed to be in high school.. the mother’s husband is a rich man and didn’t like her but he didn’t use evil plans to separate them.. the brother was the only actual good person in that house.. he observed and quickly realized she’s not a bad person but his problem is not having the confidence to stand up for her/the truth against his family so he was just useless
- It was a bit funny how they decided to wait a couple of years to officially date but they were already a couple😂
They confessed their feelings, they’re exclusive, they go out together in public, his family approved, they hug and they also kissed so I really didn’t get it.. they did everything a couple does except sleeping together..
the only time they actually waited is during the 4 years apart bc they didn’t have a choice they had to wait😂
- I just wish they had added a couple of scenes of her with his family! we have seen him with her family but she only met his father twice.. I wanted to see more of that at least after the 4 years when they got married

I have never actually cried while watching a short verticle drama. After all, they are short... they are over before I can invest myself. But this was different. The characters were more understandable from there respective points of view. I could actually feel the tears fall from my eyes when I saw the FL being accused for being a thief. Although the acting could be better. Particularly from the ML and FL but the supporting cast had more expression. They were pulling the drama through in my opinion. Even thou some characters were shown in a more negative light, they were not completely 'unreasonable'. Normal human beings can be like that. Nobody was an unnecessary caricature in any regard. The younger sister was annoying but she was childish, and also someone who is as spoiled as her would react the way she did. Not unrealistic, I have seen people like that in real life as well. In these short verticle dramas sometimes the characters are soooooooooo over the top, the 'good' and the 'bad'. Those are fun to watch but I am never emotionally invested. This one was very different. I was actually emotionally invested.
