Method 5.30.7
Ingredients:
250 g of black Sticky (soak overnight)
1 liter of thinning/water
200 gr of brown sugar
15 gr of granulated sugar
500ml Stan is thick
Salt to taste.
4 pandan leaves
How to make:
1. Wash clean glutinous rice, cook with a diluted coconut milk in a pan. If you do not have time to soak overnight, cook a glutinous rice with 500 ml of coconut milk to boiling water, turn off the fire, close the pan to let the submarine 30 minutes.
2. Add the remaining coconut milk, brown sugar, sand sugar, a pinch of salt and 2 parts of pandan leaves. Cook constantly with small heat until soft and thickened (add the water if it feels less). Don't forget to diaduk2 to burn.
3. Sauce: heat the coconut milk is thick, salt and 1 sheet of pandan leaves. Aduk2 until boiling.
4. Settlement: prepare mangkung, pour in black glutinous rice porridge, give this flush sauce.
Note: add the sugar if it's less sweet.
