I haven’t done it recently but have in the past! I used to work at a coffee shop and they’d get milk on sale and freeze regularly. The gallons used to have the indents in the sides, which allowed the milk to expand while freezing. In the last couple years I’ve noticed our milk jugs don’t have those indents anymore. I would probably recommend pouring some out (into the gallon you’ll be using or another gallon for freezing) before you freeze it now. And I found a couple years ago our 2% needed shaken a bit before pouring.
