Conditions.
1. Only civilian names. Example: In Section 1, you can only use name start with M or A Mashiro Nijigaoka - Cure Prism ✅

2. Each letters of name has to be the same, one section must be a different number.
Example: If you use 2 characters that start with M, then you must use 2 characters that start with A. Section (1) you use 2 characters for each letters. Section (2) can be any number except 2.
3. Use only humans. (Do note that if animals transmogrify into human, it still consider as animals)
4. Don't use any group transformation.
5. Put black color background at the end. No transformation should be included or continue after the song end.
6. Use only one Twinkle Star Knight (game) transformation and set that character as thumbnail for the video. This character can ignore rule 1 and rule 3 but still apply on rule 2 (basically like a wild card)
7. Each section must only include one Precure.

Maybe give a few more examples and what not with some of the more specific sections of the rules (example : 1, 2 and 3 of the rules here), but other than that you're text is pretty specific. And the reason I said rule 3 is there are a lot of human like transformations but not really humans, like the one's I asked about before in the request board. On that rule though I ended up changing my mind to play it safe. So besides a few more examples I think you're rules are actually specific enough, I'm just somebody who tends to ask extra to make sure I'm understanding right.
