In this sports betting strategy video, I discuss various profitable & sharp strategies to win on sportsbooks like FanDuel, PrizePicks & DraftKings. I made over $38,000 on Sunday in Week 2 of the NFL season, and I recap the bets & strategies I used to get those results.
Basically all of my bets are given out free. This is a merely a recap of all of the sports betting wagers I placed & the results. Positive EV betting drove the majority of the profit in NFL Week 2. I discuss a specific bet on Fliff on Najee Harris rush attempts. I explain the math behind sports betting & how to identify "edges" in the market.
The core of sports betting is understanding sharp, profitable betting strategies. I explain middle betting, arbitrage & Positive EV in this sports betting tutorial. These are the main betting strategies I use. They are proven, winning strategies that will make you money once you understand them. They're rooted in data & mathematics.
All of the profitable betting strategies explained in this video are applicable to any sportsbook. It doesn't matter where you are located. These strategies will make you money on ANY sportsbook, including PrizePicks, bet365, FanDuel & DraftKings.
We start with Positive EV betting. This sharp sports betting strategy is rooted in markets & data. It's about finding inefficiencies between sportsbooks. All sportsbooks set their own odds, so the market is very fragmented/inefficient. That's why there's a lot of opportunity for sharp, profitable bettors to make money.
I go through an example of Positive EV betting on Najee Harris on Fliff. Fliff is the only sportsbook with their odds favored for Harris to go under. Every other sportsbook, like DraftKings & FanDuel, have his over heavily favored. We want to capitlize on these profitable betting opportunities.
I then discuss middle betting, a way to day trade the sportsbooks. It's kind of like options trading for sportsbooks. You're buying low & selling high to capitalize on market inefficienices. I go through an example of a middle bet I locked in between FanDuel & Fliff.
Finally, we discuss arbitrage betting, a risk free betting strategy. I have an NFL betting example on Jordan Mason from this past weekend.

First off, just want to thank you and the entire OddsJam team for changing the game. Can I request a video or a quick clarification focusing on middling DFS books? One of the best feelings in betting is middling a bet, but what is the optimal way to play on Underdog, Prize Picks, etc? In an example from today, there were 3 great soccer saves bets on the Fantasy Middle tool lined up on UD and PP. For example, is it best do a 3 pick slip on each book against each other, do a round robin, etc.
Help me Alex. I need a miracle.

Thanks so much for explaining two points that I have been wondering about. One point was for arbitrage bets that if one of the sides is the clear inefficient side, that you could bet that side by itself. The other point was for middle betting. I could see from the bet images that the odds of the two wagers were -114 and -120 which means that if the middle does not hit, the two bets lose a small amount of money. You explained that if the line difference is large enough, it can be worth the opportunity. Thanks! 👍

-When you say “sketch out the sportsbooks” when talking about the $148 is that a big deal? Do there systems pick up on it?
-Also, do you have a way of choosing picks quickly? Sometime the odds change quick after an arb or +EV opportunity and it’s tough for me to make two bets in separate sportsbooks quickly.

Kinda get a feel for it on movement. I recommend starting with like $1 or $2 & you pick it up easily. Idk all the books you use but you'll notice & get a feel for speed adjustments, etc.

How is arbitrage profitable? If you do 5 arbitrage bets between Fliff and Draftkings and all of the fliff bets end up losing, your fliff bankroll gets destroyed. And I imagine you'll be using arbitrage winnings to refill the bankroll of the losing books you're arbing on. Struggling to understand how that's profitable in any sense
