These are literally 2 of my heroes growing up and as an adult I feel like I’ve gotten to follow their journey and both Iron Mike and Taker have become incredible men. I’ll always support both of them.
Both Tyson and Undertaker my favorite, and both national treasures... Both wore black, gave us FIREWORKS and always so much mystery behind everything they did...
I love his story of the woman who wanted to commit suicide but didnt because she didnt want to miss out on what he was going to do. That happens more often than you would think. Artists and entertainers have such a profound impact on our mental well being. We like to think they dont, but they do.
Na. You need to have the faith that you're great within yourself. I know families instill that through lineage, but someone shouldn't have the power to up you or down you like that.
I remember watching Undertaker Vs. Shawn Michaels, when Shawn went for a back moonsalt off the top rope to taker outside the ring and was clearly going to land right on his neck, and undertaker swipes his leg fast enough to make sure he landed without serious injury. So much respect for the dedication and talent in the hall of famers.
Ironically Taker botched a spot in the same match when Shawn injured his back and had to retire because of this. And both had real life backstage heat back then
I remember Wrestlemania 25 with Shawn Micheals. One of my favorite matches of all time.....but that hell in a cell with Mick Foley was the greatest match of all time. Thank you Mark Callaway for an unforgettable experience. Now that I get to experience the real you with your new work, I love you even more. Thank you.
Taker gave me chills with some of the most iconic ring entrances ever. I’m from Brooklyn and I’ve seen it all in the hood. But when a WWF match came on, and he was fighting, EVERYONE stopped and watched his matches. Dude was iconic
Heck no. Stop it. Don't disrespect the Iron Man. If you weren't a wrestler fan. Most people don't know Taker. everyone knows Iron man good or bad. People knows his name. That's the difference

He is 100% correct about the impact it has on people. As a young Australian boy growing up in 90s and 2000s wresting on foxtel has to be some of the most fondest memories I have... the excitement, the frustration of my favourite wrestlers trying to get up. Now I have two boys of my own and my eldest son loves wrestling it's great seeing that spark in him and his excitement and wonder.
Mark is just such a nice guy, he deserves all the credit he gets. A lot of ppl who maybe just watching wrestling casually or have watched over the years more casually won’t realise how much this guy stuck to his gimmick , he literally lived his whole social life like the undertaker so basically didn’t have a social life. No interviews no nothing, that’s really making an effort for your job. It’s so good to see him getting on chat shows and getting mainstream credit now. Of course it’s no shock he is so damn good at the podcasts and chat shows etc . Also ppl may not realise how it was very very very rare to make it into wrestling those days if you weren’t family or knew someone

Let's all be honest to one another, we all didn't think this would happen that one day The Undertaker would sit down hotboxing with Mike Tyson. Freaking Gold! #Legends
My favorite wrestler. I’m an 80’s baby that had 2 brother that loved contact sports. My 2nd oldest brother, who’s 7 years older than me, had the VCR tapes (VHS) and he is a die hard wrestling fanatic. I latched on to The Undertaker character back in the mid 90’s my brothers watched his character development and I caught on when he was that guy! Nostalgia 🎉🎉
I find it incredibly cool that even after a 30+ year career, we still get to learn the other side of Mark Calloway. It's like a whole new light to him that we finally get to learn.
The Undertaker is the bar of how good gimmicks were worked for so long and how their character evolved, devolved, resurrected and brought back to a closure. There will never be another like him because he was the first. I'm glad I was watching Taker as I grew into adulthood.
Dude, quite frankly, The Undertaker is the GOAT for me and has been the be all end all wrestler for me since I started watching wrestling at the age of 5 in 94. That year's Royal Rumble was the first event that I remember watching. My Dad was a huge fan but I didn't like it. I used to beg to watch something else when it was on. That night though, when Undertaker made his entrance to fight Yokozuna, walking behind Paul Bearer who was pushing a casket with the lights off and he raised the lights (first time he did it was that night); I was mesmerized and since that night I've been one of his biggest fans. The first time I met him was in 1997. I was 8 and couldn't really appreciate the honor. The second time I met him was in 2003 and I was 15 and he was the American Badass and at that point I was a MARK for Taker. I cried like a damn baby trying to tell him how much he's meant to me as a fan. He told me to meet him over by the end of the table, he got up and walked to the end of the table (remember there's a HUGE LINE BEHIND ME), and got on one knee and said, "It's because of fans like you that I continue to do what I do. So I want you to know how much I appreciate you!". He then took a picture with me, hugged me, and that was that. I still don't like looking at that picture because I'm a short guy and Taker on one knee was still taller than me when I was 15 going on 16, but it's one of my most CHERISHED possessions in my life.
His road to get into the wrestling is something else. If he had not gone every Wednesday for 8 months straight the world would have never got The Undertaker we all know. Absolutely amazing start

Taker was and is my favourite wrestler, he evolved along with wwf/wwe and the business. The loyalty he showed to Vince by never leaving wwe, he played the undertaker character full time. He never broke kayfabe. Not until he knew it was time to let the undertaker rest in peace
That moment where Taker talks about his fans saying him and WWE saved them is awesome. I also struggle with thoughts of ending it but wanting to see what happens next in WWE is one of the few things that keep me around ❤
This is why Undertaker, Stone Cold and The Rock are my all time favorites. All of them stood for something and gave something to their fans to look forward to. When you feel defeated and dead you rise up like the Undertaker stronger than ever and once you rise up you whip whatever circumstance is standing in your way and walk that son bitch dry like Stone Cold, then once you laid the smackdown, you stand over it like you got billions of fans chanting your name and raise your hands high in superiority like The Rock. And I bet you'll NEVER have those thoughts again! Take care man

Tyson, for an amateur interviewer, was doing quite well. There's a trick to keeping the flow of conversation going or guests can talk forever.

I find it incredibly cool that even after a 30+ year career, we still get to learn the other side of Mark Calloway. It's like a whole new light to him that we finally get to learn.
Yeah. It's great actually. Cool for sure
The Undertaker is the bar of how good gimmicks were worked for so long and how their character evolved, devolved, resurrected and brought back to a closure. There will never be another like him because he was the first. I'm glad I was watching Taker as I grew into adulthood.
These two are my childhood and teen years heroes. Love them both
Dude, quite frankly, The Undertaker is the GOAT for me and has been the be all end all wrestler for me since I started watching wrestling at the age of 5 in 94.
I love you Tyson and Undertaker. As a kid, you two were the biggest winners of my life.
