As a former hooper I've told my friends to stretch everyday since '92. We use our muscles everyday and I was also an avid lifter too. I also started holding each stretch for a full minute.
As a yogi, student for almost 10 years and teaching for almost 5, all facts! Add in conscious breathing w/ the stretches (or flows) or in a meditative state and you’re truly on the path to your best self.
Definitely not lying. Shoutout to him. Started at 25 and now I feel great especially these last few seasons as a pro. On the court and in life is amazing. While most are starting to have issues late 20s and 30s.
I approve of this brothas philosophy. I was a former college athlete, I no longer exercise (lift) for power/anesthetics so much anymore. Rather more now for self-preservation and health. Im 36 years old, this message encourages me to stretch more.
