He has been scoring goals for U21 quite regularly and now he scored 2 goal in the FA cup against Southampton. So don't be surprise Jurgen Klopp might play him in some matches or perhaps 1 half. Danns is very talented, good on his feet and in the air too. So watch out for him. YNWA.

Liverpool is the best run club probably in the whole world. Its thanks to the owners and their very special manager Jurgen Klopp. They would always spend according to what they can earn unlike so many big clubs.

Klopp is more than just a manager to this club. I hope anyone who comes in will compete for trophies but none can be like Klopp.
Thats all because the discipline from klopp and the other first team players like Salah,VVD and Alisson. Kids learn a lot from that. Nothing could be achieved without hard work. This helps a complete generation or even more.

Chelsea have been the worst. A lot of their graduates from the academy would have made the first team squad, but changes of manager and system every couple of years, or every year, does not help them. Liverpool have always given managers time, except Roy Hodgson who played a style of football that supporters hated.

It's simple. Klopp doesn't consider them as reserves. Every player is important to him. He gives trust to his players. In return, he gets loyalty from his lads. When you're loyal to someone, you obey him. If people obey you, you'll know how easy it is to go succesfully with your strategy. However, it all depends on how you treat others.
Now i'm worried about what the next coach will be like
When youth and first team players all follow ONE philosophy, then it is easier to assimilate youth.

LFC is the best place for young players who want to excel.
LFC is not afraid to let go young players who do not comply or agreeable to these house rules.
There was a young player from Iran whose father is not patience so LFC let him go. Keep them grounded is very important.
One major point not mentioned is that the U18 and U21 teams play the same style as the first team, that makes it easier to move up. Also, as well as having all those youngsters Liverpool have about 15 players out on loan. Some of those to get experience before the club decides to keep or sell, whilst others the club already know will not make it at Liverpool, but want them to get exposure so another league team will give them a chance.

Not everyone knows that JK asked LFC to move their training centre from melwood to AXA with 50m budgets.. plus he put senior team and academy side by side so the juniors can see and learn more from seniors team..

He came from Fulham Academy...like Fabio...but he broke into the 1st team so early...at 17-18ish...and at that point of time...the Academy and Senior squad had moved into the new.AXA Kirby training centre......that he got lumped between the two groups😂

Actually, the average age of Chelsea players who played in this match was much lower than Liverpool.. but Liverpool's lads hung on and played brilliantly more than Chelseas'.

Endo, Robbo and VVD definitely boosted that number up though being in or around their 30’s, the rest had barely hit puberty or were in their very early 20’s
It is a fair point to raise, but 22 and 23 year olds should be seasoned enough to produce good enough performances under pressure. Klopp literally had five 18-20 year olds on the pitch at the end of the game. Having even one is worth mentioning. Having more than one is already shocking. Having three on the pitch would have been talked about for a very long time. Five! Half the outfield players on the pitch.

It’s not so much the age but the experience and number of caps. Chelsea players maybe younger on average but a lot of those 22 year olds had hundreds of appearances for club and country.

So because laliga 2 has teams owned by big clubs and play without fear of getting beaten and encouraged to play so moving up to the big clubs to play isn’t as bad. I am still not convinced with this liverpool kids everybody are praising,,talking on a neutral ground , if i look at the game between their opponents (chelsea and also southampton) both teams missed alot of chances whereby if this chances were converted into goals can this kids be mentally strong to take up the challenge when they are trailling behind, personally i dont think so. I am looking forward to see them trailing behind and lets see if they will catch up

Liverpool academy produces average players tbh, but they are given more opportunities mostly because of injuries. It's fascinating to see what young players are capable of if they are given trust. If you're good enough you're old enough.
A lot of superb players at 25 were pretty average looking players at 19 or 21. That is normal.
Consider Curtis Jones who many were writing off as pretty average 12 months ago at age 22. I considered him too young to write off, but I had concerns about a lack of pace combined with apparent lack of fitness. A month ago, some people started seriously naming Jones as one of the better midfielders in the league. As for fitness, he ran over 13 km in a recent match and played a great game.
