It's a pendant for high school seniors. It is usually a small gold filled item that actually looks like a key. I had one way back 50 years ago, lol, didn't know they still had them. The black earrings that you thought might be dragons looks like either Maori or Alaskan Native design. Perhaps Hawaiian. In any event they look like indigenous design.
