The belt is considered an 80cm because Gucci's sizing is measured from the double GGs to the middle hole in the belt...not the last hole or the end of the belt.

I'm not really sure but I think it's going to be good! Also making an extra hole isn't a big thing, just remember to take it to professional and not do it yourself! :)

I have never returned anything so I don’t have any experience of it in high end brands. Hope you get your money back or a new belt in return! Let me know what happens 😊
Sofia Susanne I live in Sweden and I did contact the Gucci-store in Stockholm but a lady there just answered: "We don't have anything to do with Gucci.com, you have to contact them by mail" click. So I sent 5 mails to them. I hope they answer soon.
