@classharvester The tractors are CIH 480, 3 bourgaults and 2 flexicoils are 59' feet, 1 bourgault is 64 feet, and john deere is 45 feet. Song is called Alberta Bound by Paul Brandt.
Hello from Saskatchewan! Shit I thought we were upgraded when we bought a 40 foot bourgault 8800 a few years ago! I only seen a couple trucks you must have more than that especially when seeding wheat. Must have at least a couple guys busy just keeping you guys filled. What rotation you guys use down there? Sure is beautiful country!
We farm 16 thousand acres in the west Australian wheatbelt. We crop the whole lot with one 60 foot flexicoil and harvest it with two small headers. You can never have to much land
Do you guys only use the same machines? or do you mixand match a bit? We only have 3 outfits, is hard enough trying to keep parts etc for a ouple of brands! What type of bar is your seeders behind? How does it go?
Yes its Serfas farms on the Blood reserve. No I don't think I got Leon in there. And those "nice" flexi-coil drills have been traded in for good Bourgaults.
@canadamonster but you do not know btw theres a plenty of farms out there that are called company farms but there backbones are family check into it yes there is a couple out there that are major companies with no ties that hog up land but hey somebody has to do it I had a chance to work for a company in canada a little while back they ran like 10 combines on the custom harvest and 10 at there farm shoulda took that job now I am back where I started with 2 combines and a small farm
@nchayfarmer because he clearly wants to see more small family farms in canada, i grew up on a 12,000 acre farm, its to much for 1 family to manage. i know people in ontario that only have a few hundred and make a nice comfortable living, its not all about acreage.
@canadamonster theres a company farm here that has 160,000 acres in the north east corner of nc I dont know who owns it now it was started by a italian company its the open grounds farm whats 20,000 acres anymore man if the little man would get off his ass and pay more he could get more land
@canadamonster lol I am proud to live on a farm to hog up everything we tend to around 3,000 acres we do it with 3 head most of the time and grow a small 110 acres of tobacco some around here tend 950 acres of tobacco you telling me you dont like somone hoggin up some wheat land hahahahahaa its easy to hog up 20 dollar land try renting land for 130 bucks and acre
Awesome! Just simply Awesome! Its amazing how different you guys farm up there from how we are in the midwest.

I used to work for a custom cutter from Lethbridge.Actually Nobleford
are thoose the new 3310 bourgualt drills?
Yup we're from alberta, based around the Lethbridge area.
We cover about 34 000 acres in southern Alberta, Canada
Are these all of one farmer or is it a contractor that comes to do the work for the farmer ?
is this custom work or is this your own farm
do you think you've got enough seeders there?
Unbelievable!

In the end I can see the Swedish flag.

Tobbe Tröska :)

You should start using cover crops and companion crops
