I have purchased GNC PRO PERFORMANCE chocolate supreme and I didn't able to drink it because of bad taste(bitter and medicine like taste). I brought it from guardian site and code verified and I got 2 transparent scoops (normally 1 scoop avilable in protien bottles) . What's your opinion about it...shall I consume it or throw it away...pls reply

Actual serving size is of 29 gram because you have not used heaping scoop in you test, generally company dont mention this (heaping scoop) on label but this is the fact that they consider their scoop size as heaping scoop which gives 31-32 gram as mentioned. The same case with ON - Optimum Nutrition.
There was another test and actual protein was much lesser than claimed. However; they still mentioned One Science and Ultimate Nutrition as best choice. Reason for best choice is the presence of heavy metals or other contaminants. I think it was theliverdr on twitter who tested.

Nakpro is not good for gains bro .. I have used it and it was useless . Mostly made popular by 20kgdown channel..also somehow I was peeing a lot . Use frotein instead of it . ( Personal experience btw)
