Nice one, Rajeev. And special hello to the wife. Probably you forgot, but the Pizza Boys branch at the corner of Queen and Frederick streets burned to the ground in a massive fire about 15 to 20 years ago. I do believe that it was the very first Pizza Boys outlet in Trinidad from the early 1980's and was called Burger Boys then. They eventually included Pizza on the menu and became Pizza/Burger Boys.💯💥👋🙌

I am OLD school so I prefer Marios...good ole Royal Castle since Frederick St in the red plastic basket😅 and Hong Wing coffee..but I am open to all of them..especially Pizza Hut. Another good one Rajeev and always great to see the other half Julia👌👌

The First KFC in Trinidad was in Port of Spain, back in 1965, the Maritime Plaza didn’t even Existed back then, it was a Empty piece of vacant Land.., for the Uneducated Challenged Trini people who don’t know a little about Trinidad 🇹🇹 History,.. And the First Royal Castle was in Port of Spain too, and was first Owned by the Cannings beverage company, in 1972, and Later Sold to the Amar group of Companies, who owned all the Toyota dealerships and Assembly car plant in Trinidad and Tobago.., with all of the Comparisons about the taste test, NOTHING and I mean NOTHING Beats a Good Old TRINI Doubles and or Chicken or Beef or Goat Daalpuri ROTI…, And that Ladies and gentlemen is The end of DAT…! And Nothing beats a Good old fashioned Coffee like HONG WING Coffee..! 🙋🏾♀️❤️🇺🇸🌈🇹🇹🦋👍🏾

First KFC was in Henry st which is now Esmelda plaza which is walk thru.First Royal Castle was The Frederick st branch.
Well according to KFC website the first branch was in St. James so 🤷🏽♂️
Nice always do things together it keeps a family together what was the pizza place at green corner green corner was the place for families and globe cinemer for hot dogs and popcorn and that was the only place i use to enjoy popcorn

For a long time Marios in Valpark was the ONLY Pizza in Trinidad - you should have used that pizza as the trinidad version.
Wanted one with the word Pizza in it, Had plans to pit Mario’s against Papa John’s, which may occur in round 2

Kes the band at one of his concerts, but you can get it online from his site

KFC is better than Royal Castle. Never had a good Royal Castle chicken without tons of pepper. Also, the KFC chicken is usually cooked better than Royal Castle.
For the most part yeah, unfortunately not all KFC are the same, so consistency does play a role with these sometimes

Happened Anniversary 🎉🎉 it looks like any Hilton I stayed in. Or Lowe’s, Sheraton! Hilton Trinidad was Refurbished in 2009.
Lol at almost all Hilton is the same and thanks for that refurbishment date, could find the exact date in the short time I was editing this one

Interesting KFC fact for you, in Europe you can only get hot and spicy chicken in Amsterdam. Also even if your a paying customer, you still have to pay to use the wash rooms.

Tabaquite coffee have more of the original Hong Wing taste these days. And they are local, hong wing import their coffee beans these days

Whoaa, not sure where in Tobago has good lobster, I would recommend thr Suckhole for local seafood, let me find out from a Bredrin of mine who grew up there and get back to you

I live overseas and will forever be a local supporter. There are certain ingredients and enhancements used in those foreign brand products which is not wholesome for the body. Temporary satisfaction for a lifetime of discomfort. Hence the reason I feel more comfortable consuming the local brands; at least I will live longer.

Hey, although Pizza Hut is an international brand, the pizza produced here is actually a lot better than what they make in the states. So in terms of the pizza comparison, I believe it is flawed.

Shocked that rituals lost their quality... They really need to rethink this entire line up and souring of ingredients. I had a regular brewed coffee with a splash of milk recently and just felt sick 🤢.

Fact info..... I have worked in KFC .... only the original KFC chicken is the exact recipe in all countries but the other types of chicken are customized to the country that they are in. As such, the spicy chicken is customized to Trinidad taste. in Jamaica, they have a jerkish type of chicken. the spicy chicken in Canada does not taste as spicy or good as the spicy KFC chicken in Trinidad as they cannot handle the heat. but there is a popcorn chicken bowl that tastes very good... Japan has their own variations as well except for the original chicken..
So for a real comparison, the original KFC chicken should have been used.
