he was quite articulate. sometimes that was diminished though (most likely because of meds abuse) like in some parts of the bashir interviews. that together with his advancing age and personality pushed the whole vibe to be a bit creepy.

I get it. In theory but let’s be honest, the relationships that he had with kids is still weird as an adult. A normal human being would likely have a wife/bf/ significant other etc and then if he actually felt more comfortable around kids he would invite them over for play time and go home at night. I have always remembered this broadcast vividly. I was a young teenager and I'd fell asleep with the TV on. Some time before the sun was even up I rolled over and opened my eyes to the TV across from me. I reacted with a loud "ugh" when I was shocked out of the sleep fog by a bright white Michael Jackson lighting up my bedroom and pleading with me to believe him about something. I was around 8 or 9 when all this shit has happened. Same way as the 2nd trial that hit later in 2003 which hit rock bottom to all of us (plus the same year I was finished high school). To this day he was found innocent on all cases, and sad to see how this stuff affected his life to the end. May the King of Pop live at peace from Heaven. I have always remembered this broadcast vividly. I was a young teenager and I'd fell asleep with the TV on. Some time before the sun was even up I rolled over and opened my eyes to the TV across from me. I reacted with a loud "ugh" when I was shocked out of the sleep fog by a bright white Michael Jackson lighting up my bedroom and pleading with me to believe him about something. Otherwise, I am a fan of some of his music all throughout his career. I'm glad he existed in my lifetime.
