I used to go to Peter Comeaus place nr Ivybridge in Devon, in an old barn when it was Mecom acoustics, Peter tested all the speakers and adjusted the chassis to fine tune them, fascinating.
I'm so glad we have these guys still around, everything is simulated and put out for production, had this a few times with some commercial designs, tweaks to a crossover component and all is good. usually couple of ohms on the tweeter input, 2.2 ohm changed to 3.3. job done
Peter Comeau's early 80s turntable Heybrook TT2 was wonderful and a bargain at it's price. It was made to rival Linn's Sondek at half it's price. And that it did... sounding very much like the Sondek as it was then.
I wish Peter comeau reproduce the HEYBROOK HB1 classic 80s ! That's something else and I will be first one buying those trust me. Bring back the HEYBROOK HB1. Thumbs up who agreed ?

or even worse, disgusting woofer breakup, 1 mH changed to 2.2mH, still problems, get rid of the woofer!

i know Im kind of off topic but do anybody know of a good place to stream new tv shows online ?
The HB2 was also bloody good but it got ignored because it was smaller.
@@socksumi yes i loved the HB2 & preferred it to popular offerings like Epos 11 at the time. Just more musical & involving.
