I can’t believe people thought it would be Hugh Jackman. He has the reputation of being one of the nicest people in Hollywood. Tom Cruise also wouldn’t make sense because she did 3 movies with him. She wouldn’t keep working with someone she hated that much. It’s pretty clear it’s either Grant or Gyllenhaal. Both have bad reps and something like this is in line with their past behavior.

Stop making Jake Gyllenhaal look bad, the director for that movie came out and said he didn't do anything unprofessional. The movie fell apart due to Jake Gyllenhaal and Vanessa Kirby wanting to change the script and the director didn't want to.
It could've been Michael fassbender in The Snowman movie, or Ewan McGregor in Doctor Sleep but I'm having a hard time believing these two would do something like that. But don't forget her TV show Silo (which is amazing btw).
The interviews for Doctor Sleep are very playful and buddy, buddy. As for Fassbender, Ferguson is very good friends with Fassbender’s wife who he was dating at the time of filming the movie with Ferguson.

Ferguson went to Fassbender’s wedding which happened after they filmed together, I doubt she would have been excited about it if he had been so horrible to her on set.
Its not even that big an issue. According to her no threats of physical harm were made so it would be at most disturbing the peace. Social media addicts forget that adults do lose their temper from time to time shouting does happen. You can't be nice all the time. Sure its nothing to brag about but people do get angry. We also don't know the exact context but from her own words it seems she was holding back production. Its also kind of scummy to start a rumor and not give any specifics. Leading to false accusations.

Call out bullies, to their face. Follow up through HR. Get a lawyer and take them to court. Whining about being yelled at on set to the universe is just attention seeking. If it was that bad they’d have called them out by name. They want the attention of “poor me” they don’t want the attention of calling out the bully by name. Which means they just wanted attention.
