Arguably the best looking Thomas models, I did try to connect to the Lionel company to show their products but they ignored me. Where I live this product is basically impossible to buy.

I'm getting a Thomas Lioncheif set. I mainly have Bachmann HO Thomas products as well as their main line of American Steam and Diesel locomotives. I also have a Large scale Thomas engine(also Bachmann) but after seeing this, I think I'm gonna give this lioncheif set a go. Looks like a lot of fun and Lionel has improved over the years. Anyways love your video guys and maybe some day I'll visit your shop!

Make a train museum layout with 7 tables with Thomas but set Annie forward and clarabel backwards with engines 1225 Percy that will run James and diesel as storage

Lionel does not sell Thomas separately so far. I do not believe the sets will run with a Lionel Cab 1 Controller. Each LionChief engine has a chip inside of it that corresponds with a matching remote control. You can power the track with your ZW but you would have to use the remote control to control the lionchief train

I'm actually getting that Thomas starter set that you displayed here for Christmas this year because my parents decided that it was time that I moved up a scale in models and I'm really trying to get closer to either having a O-Gauge layout in the basement or a G-Gauge in the backyard. Do you have any tips on building layouts that you can pass on to a rookie?

Do these need to use the remote or can i use a regular O-Gauge transformer. Mine and my dads colection is mostly pre/post war stuff from the 40's notably the Lionel 224, Lionel 225E and Lionel 2025. Way before these remote things. And the track is just as old. Do i need to start from scratch with all this newer stuff? And what to expect, Lionel isnt what it used to be.

Lion Chief Plus you can do both. If its just Lion Chief its remote only.

I cannot get my train to work im on my second one the 1st one the remote wouldn't work. The one I have now the train makes noise but the train just wont move. I cant even turn the sound off even after following the instructions.
