- Cost Allocation cycles allow us to allocate the shared costs to different cost centers. We create the cycle and save the settings then just run it every period end. In this video, I explain the concept covering the below items:
Cost Allocation Cycles
Cost Allocation Base (number of employees, sales, area, fixed %, etc.)
Cost Allocation Type (Distribution, Assessment, Overhead allocation)
Secondary Cost Element
Difference between Distribution and Assessment (Overhead Allocation)

One doubt, overhead costs allocation using through cost center group in the receiver tab but list of cost center no showing in Receiver weighting factors! Is there any reason why it's not shown
