When you put this on between dives, do you put on top of your wetsuit or get changed then put it on? Thanks

I wear nylon/spandex under my wetsuit to make it easier to get on and off. I take my wetsuit (5mm) off then slide this on and take off the rest of my wet clothes to put on some dry ones. This thing works good to dry me as well so I don't need a towel. It is bulky though, so if your space on the boat is limited, like it usually is, just plan ahead.

Do you have any comparison, pro and con between tidal robe vs the storm poncho from fourth element?

The Tidal is much thicker and has the front zip. Think of the Storm as more of a Summer Poncho and Tidal a Winter Poncho
