Update on the Windows Server 2003 IA64 issue. Someone on BetaArchive gave me an awesome start with my old MSDN disk that contains the OS. There is a unattended setup text file that DOES have the working product key to get through setup AND activation. Thought I'd put that out there for anyone who may need it. (This also goes for many of the other OS version on the same disk.)
Cool box, I'm jelly! Idk if you've found a solution yet but if not try setting HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\WPAEvents\OOBETimer to FF D5 71 D6 8B 6A 8D 6F D5 33 93 FD to solve your product key woes.
