I've been to Pigeon Forge to Dolly Stampede Show. I loved it! In Gatlinburg, a man on the trolley told us his house had burned down during the massive fires and Dolly gave $1,000 for 5 months until insurance covered. He said she's an angel. We love her. Me too.

Thats all Great but the more you keep spending money to do other things the more your charge and the less people can afford it. I started going to DW in 2013. I bought the gold pass. It was $130 or so back then and then it kep going up. Now its $234 for the gold pass. Its went up $100 since 2013. Day tickets are $80. This is just expensive especially when you have a family to buy for. I can get a Cedar point day ticket for $50 and they have a whole bunch more rides and have way more money invested in their parks than you have in your two parks. Im sure you probably get just as many people visiting as they do. I understand proces have to go up a little but keeping your prices lower attracts more people. We need to get out of the mentality that charging more money makes you more money. It doesn’t. You loose Customers. I haven’t been back since 2017 because of the prices.
