Shah Jahan Masjid Thatta

Located in the historical city of Thatta, Shahjahan mosque is a beautiful representative of Muslim architecture.
It was built in 1647 by Moughul emperor Shahjehan.
Decorated with blue and white tilework, Shahjehan mosque contains 93 domes and 33 arches

When i been there last time some 8 years ago the mosque was in a state of utter disrepair and needed attention by the department of antiquities ( محکمہ اوقاف ) which is a federal department.
