First of all don’t use the ash bucket. The ashes fly around when you pick them up. Place a used pizza box close to the inner front of the fireplace and place the ashes in the box slowly. When done close the cover toss in the outside trash barrel. 😁

You can also put aluminum foil on top of a old cookie sheet pan. Have your fire the ashes will fall on the aluminum foil when the fire is over just fold up the aluminum foil.😁

There’s a whole step missing- after scrubbing- we have bleach and tsc mixed with GOBS of black soot. The next scene is a cute, CLEAN towel drying it up. 🧐 I can imagine a whole rinse off step…. I would be afraid to leave bleach on before starting a new fire also. Is that Flammable?! Well.

When removing the ashes use a pizza box. Yes place the pizza box close to the front of the fireplace and slowly pickup the ashes with the fireplace shovel and place in the box when all the ashes are in the box close the cover. Toss it in the outside trash barrel. Works great no ash flying around the room.😁

First off if you have you fire hot enough it cleans the brick second off grate will be clean when fire is hot dont waste your time with what they are doing ffs 🤦
