Lol I love the Hyanadeer chibi, I think it's adorable. The raptor claws chibi is pretty cute as well. But yea, the raptor claws presents are honestly pretty trash compared to ASE, they really aren't any better then the regular supply drops that I've been getting, which have been pretty trash lately as well, at least in SP. They definitely nerfed drops in general. The only reason to get raptor claws drops seems to be just for chibis, the poly, and the coal/mistletoe for the event stuff. The giftboxes that are craftable are now for the pegogrinch, let him steal three of them and you get a random item for loot. The dinos that you can get from raptor claws do seem like they are trash, but if you plug their stats into a stat calculator, you'll notice that all their level points go into one stat, so theoretically you could get a really good dino for breeding purposes. You could get like a level 50 rex with all points into a good stat like health or melee. Perhaps worth it to farm up if a person wanted to put in the effort and if the rng was on your side. Also the way to get the krampus skin is to be super naughty, you have a chance of getting it along with the poop and crop plots lol. Beware though, Arthro's can spawn as well. I had a couple spawn and they broke both my bed and my tree.
@@MysticKorea Yea, it is that they added new and interesting stuff to do. Hunting down the Santa's Big Helpers is a great way to get lots of coal and mistletoe, they aren't super strong like the Abominable Snowmen are lol. I've been staying away from them cause they are scary. Tapejara's are good for drop hunting though, fairly speedy but also have better weight and stam then Pteri's. I did manage to get a fairly nice crossbow from raptor claws tonight, around 250% damage. So there is some good loot to get. Oh also, in case you didn't know, there is now a display case in the game where you can put Chibi's on to display them. You can also store all the chibi's you get inside it to, very handy.
@MysticKorea I don't mind Tapys, even though they are kinda loud and obnoxious lol. I hadn't planned on taming any though, but yea, they are probably the fastest flyer that has not bad Stam and weight, besides like, the Rhynio but I'm nowhere near getting one of those lol. I just tamed an average pair of Tapys and got an imprinted baby that isn't anything special, but it has been doing not too bad for me. I can get a few more presents then with the argy. Owls are definitely missed, and Maewings too.

Event rewards are being migrated into the base game in early January, so you'll be able to keep them. Hopefully that includes the lights.

Hmmm I was wondering about Tapys... haven't tamed any yet and never been a huge fan of them. I miss owls :-( @@jackulwulf2618
