- This year we went full send and headed to an area qualifier in hopes of going to Loretta Lynn's! Since the first time we made it to Lake Sugar Tree, there has been a MASSIVE improvement in riding skill/technique- it was even cooler seeing how confident they were just on the very first lap! This was the first day of racing here at LST, so be sure to hit that bell to be notified when Episode 2 drops of the "Reed's Road To Loretta's"!
Welcome to TwoTwoTV! We're the Reeds. Chad Reed is a multi-time supercross and motocross champion and the record holder for the most main event starts in AMA Supercross history, with 265 starts! Ironically when Chad retired from racing, the kids decided to start. It’s a full-circle movement for the Reed family. Join us as we navigate retirement and start again. We bring you on the journey as our kids learn with Chad and Ellie. Taking a fresh approach to coaching and learning with a major focus on fundamentals and solid foundations. Our hope is the viewers can also learn and be inspired as the kids strive for their own success in this great sport. We hope you enjoy the ride!

“You can have tears, those are yours to have”. “I love you”. The greatest statement I have ever hear on UA-cam and in sport!! Thank you for being an example for other parents and especially moto dads. Many forget this is a sport. Yes, push them hard and set the bar high. But being proud and loving when they falter is what many forget. Thank you from a past moto parent and hopefully a moto papaw in the future.

Chad once again imparting that knowledge when the rider is ready to understand it. The last 5 seconds was the easy part. The next 1.5 sec. per lap is all technique and execution. 1/10 of a sec. every corner. Great job Mr. & Mrs. Reed. Tate has absolutely leveled up. Kiah is putting the pieces together and also has literally jumped levels. All the best to the Family Reed.

From someone whos been in the shoes of the young rider, you and your wife do an excellent job at the way you teach your kids. They will be great.
Way to go youngsters!! They are both improving very quickly. I see Tate has been working on starts. Kiahs corner speed and overall aggressiveness has really improved lately. As always thanks to the entire Reed family for taking the time to bring us along on the adventures.

I just absolutely love the sport of motocross! I love the absolute toughness that the kids and parents have. It's a breath of fresh air in today's society of week and entitled kids, you won't find any of that on a motocross track that's for damn sure! every one of these kids that line up on the gate whether they take a checker or they get last, they all share the same common Bond and that is GRIT!!!!

What a team the Reeds are, they were a force when Chad was riding and now there putting that same commitment into there kids.

Chad is so good with his kids he really explains everything with patience and guidance. Chad and Ellie's knowledge of the sport will help rocket there kids to the top I have no doubt will see more Reeds at pro level. Two Two Tv best channel on UA-cam.

Kiah has really gotten faster ! She has learned to carry speed and momentum when hitting the jumps, so she doesn't have to throttle on the jump face to clear it ! 😊

Yes!!! The mud makes the bike at least 15-20 pounds heavier!! We need to invent tear offs for the fenders somehow to keep the weight off the bike!! @ChadReed makes that idea come to life
It’s been done before. Was similar to a filter skin. Didn’t work very well and looked goofy. Spray them with tire shine, SC1, or baby oil mixed with water

Tate's starts have made a huge improvement in these past few videos. Both Tate and Kai have built a lot of confidence in their riding. You can hear it in their voices how they are proud of their accomplishments even with dad being a dad. All that training is paying off.

Well said as far as bike set-up! Sand is very different from the red clay, so the set-up would need to evolve.
Kiah was killing it in the first class. 2 holeshots and great riding! The second moto was a bit rough, but you rode really well. Good for you!
Tate was killing it as well! All your motos were good. That fall is just one of the things that happens in racing. Let it go and move forward. Your riding is so much better than even from the beginning of the year.
As an old man now, you really start to realize how much you miss something when you no longer have it, let me explain i grew up watching you, stewart charmical, mcgrath all racing now i hardly ever see any of yall on a bike. As i to have kids and underatand you move on and give things you love up to persue their passions. However it is a treat seeing you back on the bike racing. Also a treat to know that you have kids that we will get to see grow in this sport and watch them lay down their own legacy behind your footsteps. Cheers

You need to come to Alberta CANADA for our western amateur national. This I know won't happen it's in June this yr for a week leading up to our Canadian Pro National at the end of the amateur racing. It's our Loretta Lynn's.

I believe you and the family would enjoy visiting our(my) province. I'll tell you now, the motocross community would treat your family so well, wherever you all went. One of our most famous track's on the Canadian circuit is Calgary's Wildrose Motocross Park. I'd be honoured to meet Chad again and the family. I met him briefly at the 07 Vancouver supercross, the last yr it was held there. He raced to a 3rd that night. Met him briefly in the pits.

CR22's kids are FAST. Both are competing and listening to Chards instructions and making it work. Keep up the good work and practice just as hard as the motos. Both have the technique just need more patience and it will come. Tate should watch some of Dangerboy's older videos or even better ride with him, Brian & Dad to really learn this craft.
