In Bangalore we were used to go "Ande ka Funda" it was small kitchen and there were some delicious parathas we used to eat like Aaloo,Onion, Gobi, Paneer and Anda paratha with Dahi and Achar.. Those days were awesome.. Now we have more than to eat but that... hunger is not there...

Chef I have tried all your paneer recipes starting from karahi paneer to shahi paneer. You techniques are so straightforward and easy to follow that it doesnt become a chore and we can enjoy cooking. The ingredients you use are not too much or too little and most things can literally be found in the home itself

I tried your recepie and it came out really nice. My memory of paratha goes to my mom making jain stuff paratha out of boiled kacha kela adding dhaniya, nimbu, garam masala, salt, adrak and green chilli paste, dhaniya powder and haldi. She mostly adds all the stuffing while making the dough of wheat flour. So we don't have to stuff the paratha seperately. But they are yummy and we have it with curd and green chutney.. Also, if you you can do a video on jain recepie with or without green veges. We have our religious festival of 8 days where we avoid all kind of vegetables. It will be very helpful if you can help us on those lines.. Also to add, I am a new cook and you have saved me from embarrassing situations so many times. I try all the new stuff watching your videos and me and my husband love them.. Thank you. Wishing you health and prosperity..
