I am Nephi Acaling. I am native to Bacolod City but currently living outside the Philippines due to job assignment. I’ve lived in different countries like Singapore, Japan and United States due to job assignments. I was in the US when I started this channel thus the confusion to some where I am truly based.
At a time, I was a band vocalist performing every Friday and Saturday night at a local bar chain but recently decided to quit from my band to focus on my UA-cam Channel and my full-time job as an engineer.
I was a member of the Filipino Voice Symphony where I was taught by professional chorale singers (e.g. former soprano from UP Madrigal Singers). Our choral group actually bagged the Gold Medal in the International A cappella Championships held in Singapore in 2011.
I was the Glee Club president and was a trainer for various singing competitions when I was in the university - all these were humbling experiences for me.
WHAT IS THE GOAL?
My mission is to promote music among different regions and try to make people from different countries relate to each other through music and singing. I have always believed that even small gestures in understanding similarities and differences towards others may actually lead to greater awareness about countries and their people.
In this modern world full of things that divide humanity, it is but perfect to put efforts in re-uniting and building bridges among all of us.
I have come to a point of trying to find a greater purpose in life, something beyond just being happy for a moment. Happiness in life is more meaningful if we choose to be useful, be honorable, be compassionate, and make a difference.

You are right, the lights in the audience that everyone has have EXO's symbol on them and they are called lightsticks. The lightsticks are a part of EXO's official merchandise and it's one of the items that fans purchase to represent that they are a member of EXO's fandom. The lightsticks are controlled by bluetooth so the lighting technicians can change the color of the lightsticks whenever they want and they can make it flash and pulse to the music. Plus, each of the EXO members have their own official color so, often when specific members are performing on stage they change the color to whatever color coincides with that member.
Almost all Kpop groups have an official lightstick and official fandom color The fans spend a pretty good amount of money to purchase those lightsticks. I am sure if you google any group with the word lightstick you will find several sites where they are for sale. But be warned, most are pretty expensive because most are more than just a light. :D
EXO's lightstick has the EXO hexagon symbol on top and it says EXO in the middle. EXO's fan color is Cosmic Latte (grayish-tan), but because each of the members also has their own color, during concerts you will see that the lightsticks change at least 10 different colors.
However, most lightsticks are primarily one color -- whatever color represents the group. For example, SHINee's official lightstick is shaped like a diamond. And if you hold it up and look at the reflection the diamond makes, you will see a 5 point star to represent the 5 members. SHINee's symbol is a diamond because they SHINe(e) like diamonds and it lights up an aqua blue/teal color because aqua blue/green is SHINee's fan color. BTS' lightstick is the ARMY bomb so it looks like a TNT-type bomb. BlackPink has a pink hammer. BigBang's lightstick is yellow and it has a crown on top because BigBang's fandom is VIPs and BigBang are known as the kings of Kpop. Some group's lightsticks aren't even sticks, but they are bracelets or watch-style lights that you can wear. It all depends on the group. And some groups that have been around a long time, or whose company likes to continuously come out with new merchandise, have multiple versions of lightsticks. Each are very unique and specific to the group.
However, in some older Kpop group's performances, from their older concerts or live performances you might see that the audience only has glow sticks because before there were lightsticks fans brought or were given glow sticks in the group's color. And even before glow sticks were a thing, fans would all wave a balloon that was the color of their group (the only disadvantage to that was that the artists on stage couldn't see the balloons when the lights were off. LOL) And during award shows and events where multiple groups are present the group's lightsticks and balloons are, and were, an important way for fans to show their support for their group and to tell everyone around them who they are there to see etc.

This was the last set of an almost 3 hour concert. So if you were impressed with EXO's stamina in this set, just imagine that during this concert they performed somewhere between 20 and 30 songs in total and each song and set had its own element of choreography, performance and epic stages. This is just the standard when it comes to EXO concerts and Kpop in general.
Kpop concerts are broken up into sets, such as their Ballad set, their cute/fun set, sexy set, hype set, solo performance set, etc. and each set includes 4 or 5 songs. So the set you just watched is considered their hype set of songs during this concert. And in between sets they play short movie (VCRs) that feature the members as actors that tell a story. This allows them to take about a 5 minute break to change their outfits and to prepare for the next set of songs or the next performance, but other than that, it is pretty much nonstop for 3 hours straight.
However, although this was the last set of the concert, it wasn't their last performance. They have an epic encore stage after this one. They had to go backstage and change their clothes to get ready for their next performance.
Also, just so you know, the version of "Power" that you heard is their remixed version. They only perform that version in concert. If you listen to the song on the album or you watch the MV, "Plower" is a much different song. You should also check out their original version and watch their "Power" MV.
Their concert is a MUST ATTEND concert..EXO's live performances are on different level..they have this strong aura and stage presence..I hope you can attend their concert Sir.

Those color changing thing you mentioned are called lightsticks. It is a fan necessity in kpop. exo’s lightstick is called an eribong (eri is a nickname for exols and bong is stick in korean) it is connected via bluetooth every concerts that’s why it reacts to the colors of the stages 🥰
also, the last concert/performance we saw EXO as 9 was last 2016. South Korea and China are having political conflicts that’s why Lay can’t join them in the meantime bc he is like an ambassador for a political party there.
