This method is much more effective with resins in resins that are thicker at room temperatures. You can try chilling the secondary color prior to pouring, I have not attempted that yet.
My first time Using epoxy was last week and I just grabbed the Leftovers. I think this video is very helpful to me. Help me get a better understanding of the Epoxy and how it will act in different temperatures
His voice is like .... totally relaxed dude 👍. It’s like Bill and Teds excellent adventure type chill ness
cheeky-chill comedian craftsman teaches resin pouring with science and lasers in 5 minutes 😍 be still, my heart
I like your voice. It has personality! I also like your video, and do not mind it all that it's short. You got to the point and quickly demonstrated the technique.
Greetings from Australia
Great technique, I will have a go at this in between furniture projects in 2023.
I have subscribed and will be watching more of your content.

Your voice is cheeky! Thank you for doing this. Just getting started with resin so this was super helpful!
Dude you’re voice is awesome! That was the first thought that popped in my head!
1: Spread base color.
2: heat base color.
3: pour other colors.
4: tiny drops of alcohol.
Awesome video man I’m making a cutting board for my mom an this really helped me !
Great video. Stumbled across this as have been doing it for some time now, but while testing some new colours today, they looked great while laying them, but 5 hours later were just one solid colour. Now I know why! Also as it was a small test, only 75ml, the short prep time probably didn't let them gel enough to suspend the pigments, should of let them sit first.
A face for radio HAHAHA! Cool vid bro :) Busy doing my kitchen counter tops. Totally amped man
My newest favorite page! 😊
Right on great demo!
Thanks a lot for this vid man! Really needes this info!
What a soothing voice 😃
Your jokes need punchlines..lol.. and you have a great voice for radio or voice over work. The lady was complimenting you!
Love this.
Thanks
Thanks mate!
You remind me of a radio dj from Tampa named Ricker... harrrrsh!
I’m late here. But I was watching because I’m a resin scientist as well. Just not a very good one 😆 anyhoooo, I was about to comment on your voice and you mentioned someone stating it was “cheeky” idk what the hell cheeky means either. But just thought you should know your voice was interesting enough to mention. Heh. Thanks for helping me not create a pot of mud this morning!
Great advice, thanks so much!
Subbed because of your voice :))
Thank you dude! I'm looking to make some glow in the dark rods by filling plexiglass tubes with epoxy mixed with glow pigment. I want to do a swirl effect but the glow powder colors are very similiar. I was going to heat up the powder to see it, but I realized that wouldn't fix the problem of the colors blending into "mud" or whatever blended glow in the dark colors end up looking like (might do one to find out now that I typed it in curious)
This was EXACTLY the tutorial/information I was looking for. I have the hardest time finding the right tutorial videos, I think I use the wrong words in alot of my searches or something. But it's like midnight and I smoked two joints
Yep.. using the right words when researching is crucial.. or you'll end up with a bunch of stuff you don't need.
What wood u use and how u prepared for rasin
Hahaha... saying your voice is "cheeky" is telling you it's "sexy" in Britspeak.
Enjoy the compliments ;)
Can you tell us what the alcohol does exactly?
That voice though.. 😍👌
Do you mix the resin and harder with color?
Thanks for the video! I can’t seem to fix the problem I’m having of colors mixing. The designs / colors pull away from the sides of the mold during curing. Any idea?
You sound a bit like dean winchester from supernatural 😅
How do I cover up top much black that ran into my other colors??? 🙏
I cant stop color bleed. I am in florida, ambient temp in shop is 95 degrees. this why my colors bleed together ? I need 75 degrees ? And the mixing color about 20 degrees warmer ?
Cheeky? No, it's more throaty. You could be on the radio! 🎨🏈📢🧪
Not what cheeky means lol
Love the video! I'm about to start making some key caps (for keyboards) out of resin and was wondering how people mix colors without the colors mixing together.
Does anyone know what the alcohol is supposed to do?
You sound like Will Arnett :)
This does not work with deep pour epoxy.
More ads than a cable tv show.
Dude, get yourself a mask
You eat popcorn with a spoon
