Siri paya is a traditional breakfast dish of Pakistan and India. The main ingredients of the dish are the two ends of a cow, goat or lamb; Siri means the head of the animal and paya means the feet. It takes 6-7 hours to cook completely, no doubt its very special mutton recipe for Eid ul Adha.
