- Here is part 2 of my conversation with my friend Olivia who is a 6 month Kindle Scribe owner. She uses it for work and reads a lot on it. We discuss the device itself a bit further and talk about many other ownership aspects. I will release a 3rd video where Olivia tries the reMarkable 2 for the first time too! From watching this and part 1, I think a podcast would be cool discussing the Scribe, Kindle, and other e-ink devices. And other tech devices too.

Thank you both very much for this great discussion! As with Part 1, I was impressed and well informed! Funny you spoke about deleting files on the Scribe that are not retrievable... I recently accidently deleted a notebook that I really wanted to keep, so I was quite frustrated, to say the least! Hopefully that will be corrected in future upgrades or models. I have been seriously considering the Boox Note Air 3 C, as you had responded to a comment I made in Part 1, that you can copy some text from an e-book and paste it into a notebook. I also like the color, especially as I see that many books I read, have diagrams or maps in color, making it easier to differentiate the different parts of the illustration. I would also like to be able to have a split screen, having an e-book on one side, and the notebook on the other side, so I can take notes while reading. I think the Air 3 C has these additional features. A camera would be nice (the Boox Tab Ultra C has this), to be able to easily scan documents right into the device. I would love to see a review from you on the Note Air 3 C! I would NEVER give up the Scribe, because I DO love it! But I may definitely want to add the Air 3 C! The more choices you have, the more confusing it could be, LOL! Thank you again, and I wish both of you a great weekend!
You just made me think of something Lou, the Kindle Scribe should totally enable something with a splitscreen function when you hold it sideways. That way you could read a book and have a Notebook on the side of your choosing. Could be more useful than sticky notes with all of the templates and notebook tools. I admit I probably talk about the Note Air 3C so much because it's next on my list, just not in the budget at the moment. I think it could go very well in tandem with a Scribe, and agreed about the deleted notes! For now I'll be playing around with the Supernote Nomad a bunch... obsessed with that little device right now! Thanks for watching :)

Really enjoyed both parts. It was interesting to hear how two different people use it differently. I’ve been using the Supernote for about a year and a half. Thinking about the Kindle Scribe so I can read books as well. I really like that Supernote and Scribe are simple and don’t do too much. Hope you go ahead with the Podcast.

Like Olivia, I don’t find color necessary for an e-ink device-it’s distracting, honestly. So, when you spoke about the Note Air3 Series being in color I was kinda bummed because the ability to connect to Google Drive and other apps was really cool and would def be a selling point for me. But, I checked out their website and it looks like they also offer a monochrome option. Score. So, thanks for the heads up about BOOX! (Which I was totally saying like boo-x 👻 and not books in my head until I heard you say it in the video. Whoops.)
Buuuux, haha. Yea the non C one is monochrome and I think 100$ cheaper so not a bad option at all. Traditionally they've always had black and white ones but last year they started pushing color harder.

Great, videos - I watched your long review and then both parts of your interview with Olivia. Can you please share information about “file” storage. Meaning, I would like to be able to upload my client meeting notes to my iCloud where I currently scan and save handwritten notes. Thank you!
