Oh Jake I love Pablo...I had a single male like that one time, his name was Duck. He would crawl up my leg, ride on my foot, and run quacking with the dog's. He thought he was a dog. He lived many years with us and just died of old age. I still love and think about Duck Boy. Take good care of Pablo. 🙏❤

Jake I’m so glad you finally feel comfortable petting Pablo and that he now has a friend to watch over him!! But I’m not sure that back pond is a very good place for him to be protected! Remember that one of Jami’s feathered babies got killed or scared to death back there ! It lived with its friend in that pond and it was attacked back there and died ! Pablo being alone back there is at risk of the same fate I fear for his safety! Have you tried introducing him to the big pond in the front where all the feathers swim and Carl guards and patrols ! It’s just a suggestion since there’s protection in numbers together!! I pray Pablo stays safe! Pablo is lucky he has you as a friend Jake! Love ya ❤️🙏🙋🏻

If you're going to build him a house, make sure it floats in the middle of the pound!!! That way he's safe from predators. I think Pablo maybe a Paola…….dull colors like a female who protects a nest. I think she is a Lavender Muscovy duck, she has the red caruncles like a Muscovy duck. Pablo’s color is lavender. The way to tell is from the other Muscovy ducks, if he is large like the male then it’s a male, if he is smaller then she is a Paola! Lol. She/he was definitely someone’s pet. But if she is a girl, call her lavender, like a color to match Copper! If she is a female and has a nest look in a tree!

I think Pablo maybe a Paola…….dull colors like a female who protects a nest. I think she is a Lavender Muscovy duck, she has the red caruncles like a Muscovy duck. Pablo’s color is lavender. The way to tell is from the other Muscovy ducks, if he is large like the male then it’s a male, if he is smaller then she is a Paola! Lol. She/he was definitely someone’s pet. But if she is a girl, call her lavender, like a color to match Copper! If she is a female and has a nest look in a tree!
