Very interesting, the delay is almost non present (if you play this video at 0.25x you can see some). What really worries me it's the total price, mostly for european like me, i hope we can find it on our local Amazon someday.
Awesome looking cab. I just don't know if I'm ready to play fighters on an lcd yet. I'll keep my crt cabs going until I can't before I make the change.
Man this is just awesome to look at, to be honest I would love to see more games demonstrated on the Nova Blast cab, games like CvS2, 3rd Strike, MvC2, JoJo’s, it’d be cool to see.
Looking forward to these getting shipped. Do you know if the panel for the volume & P1/2 coins is able to be swapped or taken out for people that want to modify with more/less buttons?
@@neocveraFrom the video it looks like there is a small black border in between the Phoenix LCD monitor, and the big black bezel that comes with the nova blast.
Same with me. I do have the room though (May have to juggle around a bit). I also hardly use my MVSX and want to get a big red neogeo cab still. Also want to get a 4 player pedistal.
For such a price, the cabinet ought to really good. However there is one problem here : the lcd screen just doesn't look good. And that's what make most of the experience. Yes they can't put a pro lcd screen inside because it would cost too much, but in that case i think the price should be a little bit more fair. At 1000$ one expects to see a high end product.
@@neocvera dude... I will enjoy it if i can afford it. I would love to buy one, but for me to spend 1000$ it has to be worth it. I got an Mvsx an i actually enjoy it a lot for what it is : emulation on a lcd. I am aware that Nova blast will be much more like real arcade experience. I also admire the efforts you have made to add all those things such as jamma compatibility, sanwa joysticks, screen rotation, coin receiver, multiple input resolutions. It really is almost perfect. And i'll be paying close information to more details revealed. Because such details could convince me. I admit, doing a demonstration with sony pvm and lmd screen connected was a good idea. It shows your transparency and the possibilities of the cabinet. And it also shows that you are not amateurs. Allthough i can't afford that kind of treat for mysef, i too hope that a lot of people will enjoy it so that it pays well and therefore allows you to do even better stuff in the future.
Excellent game choice. Love the look. Thinking about getting one but it is a bit expensive for what you get when you can get a custom built cab for around the same price if not cheaper.
I believe jamma is inherently 15khz - the issue is if the source signal is csync. In which case, one would require an adapter that splits the v and h signal.
This is looking better and better by the day. Its really tempting...
Doesn't have the magic of a big ass old CRT, but looks nice.

We’ve never really discussed that. I’m pretty sure they’re premade holes on that part of the panel. I’ll find out how that is done.
Thank you! It would be pretty cool to have the ability to modify that section@@neocvera
Nice one! Will that quarter inch black gap between the bezel and the monitor be in the final version? Or is that an artifact of the AVP board?
What gap?

I think thats just the viewing angle@@theblowupdollsmusic
It does look awesome but I don't think I can justify another cab in my front room. I still have the MVSX which I barely use.

This looks fantastic 🔥

@cest_en_faisant_quon_apprend that’s what we all hope for. Still a lot of ideas for the future.
I just wish I could buy it and mount a crt in it. A bartop candy case where I supply my own crt is a dream.
You’re not the first one to say that.

Dam now i wana play some avp!
Is the game being played on actual arcade PCB or mister?
Pcb
Very nice but I would want just a bartop version and I would replace the panel for a sega blast one.
Cool, but I'm not sure if it's $1,200 cool... when a Vewlix is close at $1,500 or so. At least it's plug-and-play and the monitor is a decent size.
Depends on what you like, I would be interested in this for retro gaming. I have two Namco Noir Blues for HD gaming.
Completely different beast than a Vewlix
Different machines for different purposes.
Yeah, I gotta have this dammit.
Can’t wait to buy 1. I’m close!!
Europe ?
Does this play 15khz

@@neocvera how would you rate the display?
@lodoss118 I have yet to see it for myself.
I want it
👀🍿
I want to get this just put a PS5 on it. I have plenty of arcades with CRTs
Is it possible?
I would get a viewlix if you want modern console gaming. Widescreen.
You should make a wide screen edition🤓
You can have that one for free😎
