Certainly he is. Rudy has the highest score in the club: the Mummy, Dracula's three brides, and the Wolfman.
“Ok skags…come and get it.” Definitely a close second.
Its not so much the line itself but Rudy's delivery and demeanor. Some say 'Kick him in the nards' is superior but I say the word 'nards' disqualifies it - nobody said/says nards irl.

Just saw the whole movie. I gotta say it's a weird and hilarious horror comedy, the Wolfman scenes were most entertaining and Rudy proves to know how to handle most of them!
I was about 10 when this came out and I loved it **** The 80s had the best movies ever I have this soundtrack which features the Monster Squad rap. I had my own monster club back in the day.

Cool moment. Worst vampires ever. I LOVE this movie AMAZING FX, but Goonies was superior as far as action. Monster Squad suffered from. I'm a monster, I look amazing but for whatever reason all I can do is flex and look amazing. Not actually move or do much. Then die horribly. Movie also suffered from 1 Black guy in whole film. Kinda make him a clown then Kill em.
Why do you have to have x races of characters? There wasnt an asian was it? What about us Brazillians? What about a Siberian person? Anyway...
Monster Squad put down their foes. Goonies only defense against the Fratellis was to run.
Chunk is scared of bullet holes. Horace puts bullet holes in monsters.
Goonies have PG kisses. The Monster Squad almost lost because they couldn't find a virgin.
The Monster Squad has business cards. Very professional.
Data's inventions don't work. The Monster Squad have a wide array of weapons that function as intended.
