UW is a stepping stone program because they keep hiring coaches that don't care about the school. Nothing about this guy suggests he will be at UW more than a couple years.
To be honest, he looks like another stepping stone coach. He don't give two craps about the school, the program, or the history. If he does well, he will leave with 2 middle fingers just like he did to Arizona. Zero integrity..
