Do love a fartlek.. I went 4 minutes on after warm up.. then 3 minutes on after a minute steady.. the chucked in some sprints and hill reps. Then a slow jog home. A chance to just play about really.
Great question. I love easy runs just because you can switch off, but I do love running hard. Not at the time so much, but afterwards! It’s one of those you have to get used to the feel of running hard and sticking at it 🔥 so I don’t know really. I love both for very different reasons 😂
@@KellogsOnTheRun I love the faster stuff and often the easier runs feel a bit dull. My best friend is a cyclist though and he hates the harder training and loves zone 2. Well done in the 10k, looking forward to hearing about it in the next video! 🏃🏼♀️🏅
