    Great video as usual
    Nic ,from the interpretation of Neville’s Mental Diet” lecture ,is he saying we can carry on these imaginary inner conversations with another person without being in a SATS we carry on the conversations daily until the shift or manifestation?
    For example ,as we go abt our day walking in the park ,driving our car ,getting ready for our day,taking a shower ,Etc.?

      You are always having inner dialogue. You do not need to be in SATS

    if you just keep repeating affirmations will you're mind eventually accept it even if there were years of limiting beliefs?

      Something I discovered lately is that not matter how many times you repeat an affirmation, if you don't address those limiting beliefs/what you know as true for yourself at the moment then those affirmations will be pointless. Try working backwards, allow yourself to bring up one of those limiting beliefs - it may be quite uncomfortable at first but just sit with it and acknowledge that it's there. There's no need to fight it our encourage it. Try asking yourself can I locate this feeling in my body, can I find it's boundaries? Then ask yourself, can I imagine the space outside of this feeling? How far does this space stretch? Now, can I feel both the space inside this feeling and the space outside of this feeling simultaneously? Can I feel the boundary between the space inside this feeling and the space outside this feeling/limiting belief dissolving?
      This is just an adaption of an open focus exercise both my partner and I have been using lately to release negative emotions/thoughts/limiting beliefs. If you don't feel a sense of relief immediately, feel free to dive back in and go through this again at your own pace. Then and only then, once you've fully released this limiting belief/negative emotion try replacing this old belief/knowing with a favourable one. An example may be that your old knowing of your reality was that money is hard to come by and that you can never get ahead, now after having released this try replacing it with something like money is always effortlessly flowing to me (and here's the kicker, you must actually know this as true - accept it as a fact just as you used to accept as fact the not so favourable latter) Give it a shot, you've got nothing to lose Joshua! :)
