How to prepare basmati fried rice | Vegetable Fried rice

  • Fried rice include basmati rice, and vegetables, soya sauce and garlic. The oil and soy sauce grease and coat the rice grains, thus preventing them from burning and sticking to the cooking vessel. It is very tasty recipe which can prepare easily.
    Ingredients for Fried Rice.
    (4-5 Persons)
    1 cup Basmati rice
    A few drops of lemon juice
    4 tablespoons oil
    Chopped mushroom
    Chopped green beans
    chopped carrot
    8-10 cashew nuts
    2-3 tbsp soya sauce
    Chopped red pepper
    1 chopped onion
    1/2 cup peas
    1 green chilli and 1 garlic clove
    Chopped yellow bell pepper
    chopped coarinder
    1/2 teaspoon of salt
