my favourite is lowering the anchor whenever you raise it so you can pivot the ship, then getting in a capstan wrestling match when you try to raise it again

So true, I don't have mic so I use game chat and once you learn how to say everything you get very useful, but its funny to watch noobs trying to use game chat and saying non sense 😂😂

yea no..... the game lacks content all the way to athena 8 where im at... (and yes im a PL) it offers diversion but not much fun.
legion160 if you are a pirate legend you wouldn’t think the game has a “lack of content” that is why you are a pirate legend because you love the game. The more you play the game the more fun it gets, especially during random encounters. The Kraken can punch a megalodon (I’m not kidding it’s on reddit) you can have a massive multi-ship battle, or have a multi-crew team up on a skeleton fort and splitting the treasure, but these encounters are very rare and most players quit because all they play are voyages or are Noobosapien pirataswannabe. Sea of Thieves motto is “make your own fun” which is what players should do instead of just voyages or battles all the time.
loving the game doesnt have to do anything with content in the game .. i like the game but content is non existant i got to pirate legend only doing forts and pvp stealing from others.
Actually noobs will more likely ask this game to become PVE
NintenKid9000 because sitting on chairs and hitting statues is new content right? The game has a massive issue with how bland it is. Skellies are like day 1 ai. It's been half a year and you still do the same three missions. That shit can be experienced in 4 hours.

When I was a noob, I got assigned to the crew of a seasoned veteran. I humbly admitted that I was new and he sternly said, “I’ll show you the ropes today, but tomorrow you’re just another prey.”
We hauled in so much coin that session. I thanked him deeply for the training.
Sure enough, the next day, I was digging up gold on an island when whose sloop happened to pass by? My old captain! I waved and he waved back, right before sending my ship to the bottom and sailing on his way.
He may have been a pirate, but he was certainly no liar.

I joined a noob on a sloop last night, as soon as he saw me he leapt into the sea and began firing at me with his blunderbuss as the ship and i sailed into the distance. Time to leave game and try the crew lottery again methinks.

I watched these events unfold before my very eyes as some noobs sailed away with my ship lanterns on while i was on the island with the voyage. They ended up fighting another ship of noobs as i sit back with some popcorn watching the chaos.

All too relatable, good video. There's also the opposite to crashing constantly, when a noob drops the anchor 20 miles out from the beach or pier when you were going to guide it nice and close to the island...

This was the most funniest video I've seen all year. IV been in all this situations before.
You missed the part where if a noob actually does something right in the game for once, they have to show it off again and again and again till you wonder what is wrong with their brain.
*noob catches a white chicken, proceeds to run around other crew members with chicken in hand showing it off like it is the greatest chicken to ever walk the face of the planet, messes around with chicken by shooting around it cause they like how it squawks, accidentally kills chicken, either feels really sad that it died or goes out to get another chicken and does the same crap over again...*

A real noob doesn't take cages on a merch mission. After 3 hours he finds a cage at the beach and sell the white chicken to the wrong outpost!

I think I came across that bailing group. Found a galleon of new players all bailing and failing. Hopped aboard and decided to instruct them on the basics then taught them how voyages worked.
I’ve been a long time watcher of your channel, even watching it before I ever played Sea of Thieves. This video as well as the others in your documentary series really helped me starting out in the game and made me a much better crew mate as a result. Thanks for the funny yet helpful content.

The Noobasapian is also highly aggressive and territorial and will hunt any ship within a moon distance away. They fail in these hunts and end up losing their castaway chests to the sea...

Another epic video! We came across a noob Galleon ship last night on a sloop. They chased us around a bit before we decided enough was enough so we anchor turned and put 20 cannon balls into their ship before they could figure out how to turn to get any shots on us. A couple of them thought they could board our sloop but we shot them as they swam up above water.....
this reminds me of when me and a bunch of my Xbox friends played i was the only pro there, and the rest of them were noobs, in the end they started sailing to a totally different place then the voyage said in search of ''treasure'' and then i kept telling them that we should go somewhere else until i just left

Oh my gosh, I just started playing this game a week and a half ago and I already knew the lights being on were a bad thing and turned them off on my first voyage. This was a hilarious video and I've sadly been on some noob crews which feels weird saying that because I just started playing so recently.

the water bailing portion wqs so relatable, we spent literally 15 minutes A trying to convince him the water had to go over the rail and B be quick enough to bail the water before he did so it would actually go back into the ocean

Laughed the whole time because i have done half or more of these things! Now that i have 2 days under my belt, friends and watching your vids i think i'll be alright.
This video gets better and better every time i watch this.. as soneone who has experience months sailing with these bunch of idiots.. if you want to sail with them.. i encourage you to join a open galleon..for example..today i played with three..one carried a chest..the other a snake... i carried a GP barrell..so i put it in a Crow nest..the noob decided to light it and drop it..it exploded and the ship started to sink..i repaired two holes than said to myself...what am i doing....all these months..nothing changed..i am still sailing with noobs and kids...i begged and pleaded to be on somebodys crew...i just stopped repairing and watch the water flooded..two of them... doing nothing....the ship sank...
