i had a panic attack once but it happened at college, in one of the classes we were learning about family problems then it made me remember my argument with my family so i panicked
I had 2 panic attacks before. The first one was when my director was yelling at the others and it scared me. My second one was when I got tires of that same director confusing me with different scenes we would have to do in our play. From the second panic attack, I had my friends give me comfort, which was definitely what I needed. It makes me emotional every time I think about it
Wonder if there would be a aftermath of William just having a serious talk with Elizabeth is all like we know he won’t do anything bad to any of them but definitely talk

She probably did not know how bad her mom was or that word can hurt him you can even see in her face she felt a little bad when his brother started crying Chris could have told William that she was trying to protect him and she didn't know and told his father that his own mom called his older brother a mistake and William should not have looked at her like she was being threatening he should have talked to her about being kind and how it affects people what you saying what you do and she could have apologize or make a better relationship.
I always felt like Elizabeth is a brat for half of the time because all she wants is her fathers attention and affection and will do whatever it takes to get that from her father, even if it means hurting/blaming her brothers. This is just my opinion of Elizabeth, so please people, no hate 😅

Then she says I’m asking you a question and ima skip a part (it’s what I said but it’s to much to put down) she proceeds to say WELL ATLEAST I KNOW HOW TO BE A F-¢!ng friend and I said her punishment was being blocked 5 months then my panic attack started from um another friend who caused me trauma from hitting me I’m pretty sure it was @blue-berry-da-therian I’ll see my trauma got set up because she would pick fights with me on messages then at school she hit me this year this year I snapped Edit:@blueberry_da_therian @ｍＡｙＭａＹｏＮｐＡｗＳ
