left pelvicalyceal system is mildly dilated a tiny hyperdense focus of size approx 5.3 x 3.6 mm noted in left proximal ureter bearing mean Hu +324 approx 4.5 cm away from left renal pelvis reply me sir
It means ki aapke dono side ke kidney ke pelvis area me swelling but Left kidney me jyada swelling hai as compared to right one. Extra renal pelvis ek extra structure hai jo ki kisi kisi patients me dekne ko milte hain. Generally isse koi lakshan nahi dikhte h.
