No there is a mild issue with the Pelvicalyceal System.

Sir meri ultrasound report mein aaya hai bilateral dilated renal pelvis, left more than righ5-? Extrarenal pelvis.

It means ki aapke dono side ke kidney ke pelvis area me swelling but Left kidney me jyada swelling hai as compared to right one.
Extra renal pelvis ek extra structure hai jo ki kisi kisi patients me dekne ko milte hain. Generally isse koi lakshan nahi dikhte h.
