This dog isn't a pet, its a alabai which is purely a working like dog bred for guarding and fighting off any threat to where is lives. Its allowed to have a dog in islam for guarding etc not allowed in the house however

A dog is a better guard than any burglar alarm system. You obviously are very unaware of how efficient a dog is in guarding a house. Sometimes even before strangers have actually approached your house a dog becomes aware starts alerting the household.
