- Riverfront camping during a hot summer day go perfectly together. For this weekend’s trip I’m joined by a great friend and colleague, Wokker. We decided to head back to familiar territory within the Cascade Range visiting the Cle Elum Lake area. With plans of cooking up great meals, getting the fishing poles out, and overall relaxing, this was the perfect weekend getaway as summer is slowly winding down here in the Pacific Northwest.

Was out there the same weekend. If you go down to the end of the highway and follow the gravel road to the right of Salmon la sac campground, there's a nice rock jumping and swimming hole. Couple of hiking trails too.

It’s all built in the “offroad pages” of the Jeep menu system. No external apps (besides Gaia GPS) needed 😉👍
